This review is not based on Dr. Ellkermann, but rather his rude receptionist, who needs a class in greeting callers. She was less than enthusiastic to answer the phone on September 21, 2022 at 2:34 pm, much less assist me with my appointment for a consultation. She asked only for my name and birth date (not insurance or phone number, etc). She proceeded to tell me it was going to be quite a while for my appointment, as if that would be a deterrent, but I accepted the first available appointment. After that, she said absolutely nothing until I asked her if she needed anything further. To which, she replied "no" and so I ended the call. I'm hoping for a better experience with the doctor himself. It certainly couldn't be worse.

In March it was necessary for me to have surgery. Pre and post-op visits were done expediently and professionally. Dr. Ellerkmann explained in detail what would be done during my procedure and what I should expect following the procedure. He assured me that if I had any questions or problems following said procedure that I only needed to call the office. I would highly recommend him for women’s health issues. He was very professional, a good listener, and has a great personality.

Dr Ellerkmann treated me with Botox injections in my bladder for OAB. It was a success mostly. Dr. Ellerkmann is kind and explains things very well.
