It floors me to see so many one star reviews. Those are reserved for places that did things like scam you for thousands of dollars or introduce you to a cult....so, scientology really. Take every 1 star review here and bump it up to 3 because they're all basically people being irritable about something and it more accurately reflects "I didnt enjoy my experience but they were competent" and you'll get a more accurate picture of the place. I personally have had a wonderful experience and can say I have recommended the place to multiple people. I will not tell anyone they enjoyed theirs, I wasn't there and I don't know what happened. I will however say they definitely did not have a one star experience. If you and the entire office staff got into an extended gun fight, that's a one star experience, unless you're into that kind of thing. Shame it drags the places rating down because everyone who likes it REALLY likes it as you can see. People just need to calm down and be more rational about things. Sorry they didnt give you a monthly prescription of 180 8mg Dilaudid, a 5 gallon bucket of Adderall and a wheelbarrow of Xanax, recommend you for lifetime disability and approve you for emergency gender reassignment surgery on the first visit. That's no reason to tank their life's work. Although if you gave them one star maybe you are in the right place, because you probably need some counseling. Also noteworthy are the amount of "Didn't refill my prescription" reviews. I can tell you for certain they do refill prescriptions. If you call it in at 6pm on Friday when they're already closed then no, they don't refill it. Businesses don't operate outside of business hours, who would have thought? If you call them in with a day and a half of notice, they're going to get it as long as they see it. They do care. Do your best to call it in 3 days ahead of course. If its not a controlled substance you can go to the pharmacy and ask them to loan you a few days worth- meaning anti depressants, mood stabilizers, etc. If its controlled substances like Valium, Vyvanse, etc. then you will have to wait, and if you're throwing a fit its probably because you take too many to begin with. I'm not going to judge you for doing so, but you shouldn't judge them because you do that either. TL;DR- When you apply Occam's Razor(cutting through the excuses, the simplest explanation is the best one) aka human nature, nearly all the one star reviews are people doctor shopping for prescriptions, being diva's or people who think rules are for everyone else. P.s. for the office staff- you can probably tell by the writing style and length which patient this actually is.

Excellent clinician and excellent patient care!

I have been in the medical profession for 20 years in psychiatry, and Emergency situations where empathy and compassion are held to actual standards. I have never been disrespected or treated as poorly as a patient in the way this practice and specifically the NP provider has. Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone or portal messages. After being on the same medication for years I was weaned off and left with severe side effects and no alternative medicine to help. When I left voicemail after voicemail and multiple portal messages I almost had to be admitted to the ER before the office manager called and apologized, and admitted they forgot to send a PA in the first place. When told by the provider who to email with questions from then on, I did last week and on today’s telehealth appointment instead of being asked how I’m doing, I was berated and scolded by doing exactly what she told me to do. So instead of support, care and compassion to their own patients they’re more concerned with covering their own mistakes. This practice is extremely disorganized and unprofessional and I highly do NOT recommend not being seen here if you want to get empathetic and comfortable care or treatment.

They knew I was seeking diagnostic testing and do not offer it yet accepted an appointment, likely just to bill me. Then, after asking personal questions and repeating very basic ideas around mental health, the practitioner said "because you waited so long for care, we cannot diagnose you. Because you delayed care, we cannot evaluate you" essentially blaming me for not being able to provide the service I was clear in my thorough paperwork I was seeking.Very discouraging and frustrating.

Ashley is compassionate, and so helpful in problem solving to lead you to a better outlook. Highly recommend!

I’m truly surprised by some of the one star reviews of this practice. I’ve had a very positive experience here, especially with Ashley as my provider. As both a provider and a client myself, I understand how difficult it can be to find the right fit, to trust someone new, and how our own fears or readiness can shape the way we experience and engage in care. I’ve been working with Ashley for a while now and have always felt confident in her clinical skills and supported in both my medication management and treatment plan. Recently, when I allowed myself to be more vulnerable and open, Ashley met me with genuine compassion, interest, care, and even excitement. That openness not only deepened our therapeutic relationship, but made my care more effective and meaningful. I truly appreciate Ashley’s professionalism and dedication, but even more, the way she shows up as a real, empathetic human being. Her patience gave me the space to open up at my own pace, and I only wish I had done so sooner. The entire practice is collaborative, well-organized, affirming of all individuals, and responsive when support is needed. They are deeply committed to client care, including continuity of care if transitioning to another provider becomes necessary. I strongly recommend this practice to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized, and affirming care.

My provider is psychiatric nurse practitioner John Faulkner. He has been amazingly compassionate and helpful with my treatment resistant depression, anxiety and issues with Fibromyalgia. He is the best provider I’ve ever had! Gives the best quality care.

It is rare to find a practice that combines expertise with such a high level of compassion and attention to detail. I am grateful to have found a practice that truly prioritizes the well being of its patients. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this practice for a caring and very personalized experience. The office atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and online appointments work well, too.
