Had an excellent first appointment with Dr. Kaleta, and was impressed with her knowledge, pleasant demeanor and listening skills. I liked her right away. My great family doctor for the past 40 years recently retired, and I'm grateful to a friend for referring me to Dr. Kaleta for my care.

The Middletown office has much improved their scheduling, so that it does not take so long to see Dr. Kaleta as it did for awhile.

Dr. Kaleta listens well and takes time to consider what is going on, with an open mind. She is kind and very efficient in taking care of diagnostics. However, the office is getting worse and worse, with all their new rules and computer changes. Whereas it used to be only a same day or day or two wait to have an appointment, it is now two weeks, not good at all.
