My son and daughter are suppose to receive services in school once a week & they told me they haven’t seen their therapist in months! & here I am I thinking they were being seen! I reached out to the school and they said they are having the same complaints. Very, very sad because my children really need these sessions! - another thing I didn’t like is that they’re always getting new therapists. Th good ones always leave.
They don't care about the families or anything they love to make people feel less then and when the family gets upset ita we'll your breaking the conduct code so I'm gonna hang up. Just outrageous. So now my son has to go without meds and therapy and hope he makes it through. Don't raise ur voice or get upset bc ur not allowed to with them. They just hide behind the phone. Definitely would not recommend them anymore even though we been there for over 6 year.
Both Doctors and Therapists are great here
The receptionist are rude, discuss personal business and looking up personal things on company time. Dont infom the person you there to see in a timely fashion which mark's you late. Doctor, therapist, and everyone else is great.
The communication from the therapist for my child was minuscule, if any. I saw no changes within my son's behavior during the entire 12 months of treatment. No dx, nor treatment plan was ever reviewed with me. My understanding is in the State of MD, such information could be shared with parents. I was only made aware if my son still seeing the therapist, during school, was when i asked him. I expressed my concerns to the therapist, his supervisor, however no changes were noted.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
