All these mfs care about is $$$$$$. Their contract that they have with insurance company's is BOGUS! . Are you serious? One session a day? Zoom or one-on-one. ?? That's stupid, at least make it one zoom and one one-on-one a day tf. Who wants to be in this dusty ass program for 3-4 months . They are literally stringing how long it takes for you to complete the program; hoping you smoke too much or drink & they will GLADLY add time to your program. I OFFERED TO PAY THE SESSIONS THAT THEY COULDNT COVER out of pocket & they declined and said that's against the law.... WHATTT? WHAT LAW. No it's going against their contract they have with insurance companies. Remember!!! These business need to keep money flowing... I will never be back here

They definitely only care about the money i just paid $350 and took one zoom class and a one on one and they out a stop on my account and i owe $120...Not to mention i paid 350 not even a full week ago and this is a damn pandemic and they milking me for money smh

Worst place to get help, all they do is play videos they only care about the money and nothing else, as a rehab place, this place is a joke, the only reason why anybody goes here is because they were ordered by the court.

I am currently standing in their office and Esperanza is not following CDC protocol by wearing a mask. It states on their door that a mask is mandatory yet she is not wearing one. This is incredibly unsafe and terrible. Because I have a certain type of insurance I have been harassed about doing one on one meetings once again. This was never told to me to be mandatory and I have on multiple occasions denied it because I like and prefer the group sessions. The office did not listen and continues to harass me about it. I implore the office to understand that covid is REAL and that they need to follow the law. This negligent behavior is what is killing people. Do better.
