Went in for lift with slight reduction and am blown away by the results. It looks amazing! The initial recovery was much faster then expected as well. I was back to running within 4-5 weeks. Dr. Friedman did a wonderful job and has great bedside manner. Even held my hand as I drifted off under anesthesia.

Amazing experience and results ! I underwent bilateral breast augmentation in December and couldn’t be happier . Not only Dr. Friedman was very professional and recommended appropriate implants for me , his work itself is phenomenal. The surgery process itself was easy and I didn’t stress at all . His staff is very pleasant. I would do it again in a heart beat and I highly recommend him for any procedure !

Dr. Friedman is exceptional! I wanted a breast lift without implants and the final result is truly a work of art. So natural and the results exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Friendman is an extraordinary plastic surgeon with many years of experience. He was referred to me by another satisfied customer. I don't know what is other way to descript myself since the beginning after the procedure unfortunately.As a plastic surgeon you are you should know clearly what a patient needs and/or wants and what and how you can do to have at least an acceptable result at the end of the surgery even I was willing to come back to have you to correct the problems but nothing changes. I have never seen that ugly look on my body in my adulthood. If you will look at my file and pictures before and after, you can tell more.When I first came for a consultation, you told me how nice it would be and also told me if I wouldn't like the result you would help me to do till I would be happy. You gained my trust and now all that became disappointed and I have to live with it for the rest my life. You understand how important it is to females in general, BEAUTY is everything and I am one of them.Second, you told me nothing you could do more to help me to the way we were first discussed it, just let me go in a way you don't care. Not only you lost my trust but also irresponsible plastic surgeon.I wasted my time, cost, and the trust I have in you. I have to see my body every day like this. Do you think OK?

From the moment you enter the suites of Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington you are met with a warm, caring professional staff. It is a big decision to have facial surgery. Dr Friedman is wonderful. He gives you time to ask all your questions and provides detailed answers. I had complete confidence that I was making a good decision. Am I happy with the results? Very, very happy.

I had to have reconstructive surgery, due to my skin cancer removal. Dr. Friedman and his staff were wonderful throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question outside of the office, Dr Friedman was quick to respond. I highly recommend him for anything and will only be going to him in the future.

I'm writing this review 10 years after a rhinoplasty, but figured it could help someone else. I kno Dr Friedman is a great surgeon, and I know people who have had great breast augmentations but I just don't think he should be your top choice for rhinoplasty. I had it done and was unhappy with what I saw when the bandages came off, but he said swelling takes a year to subside and to wait and see. I waited 10 months until I called back because I literally felt my nose looked exactly the same. I had a second rhinoplasty done (you still have to cover the anesthesiologist's costs for a revision so it was about $1500-$2000 back then) and same thing. I had a dent in the tip of my nose where I think he removed cartilage (something like that) which is VERY obvious when I move my mouth, and now years later, continues to get more apparent. My nose had a slight hook before and while it was slightly improved with this surgery, it has drooped a lot again. My nose also still has a bump on one side, so all my glasses fit crookedly. I was okay with how my right profile appeared after the surgery (left still had a bump which was the whole reason I got a rhinoplasty), but now years later, I'm so disappointed with how much it has drooped. I understand I should've reached out soon after the second one, but I was like 24 and too shy to admit I was unhappy yet again. The recovery was also horrendous so I didn't think I could do it again. In all fairness, he admits he is all about "subtlety" but I really just wanted a more sloped, less droopy nose, and I did not receive that. It's unfortunate because it's not something I can afford again, though I may look into the non surgical rhinoplasty in the future. Bottom line, if you're getting rhinoplasty, I'd probably check out other places.
