All Balance Point cares about is your money not you health. Canceled my appointment within the 24 hrs time frame and I was still charge. Please go elsewhere. They just want to push meds over therapy.

I have Ryan Boarman for my therapist and he is the BEST!!. He is very comfortable to talk to, very accommodating and gives me a lot of helpful advise. I always look forward to our appointments!

They are very nice, polite and are very knowledgeable. When you call they always answer and if they are busy they will return your call. I also like Wendy Stone she is very nice and listens to what you say and answers where you understand. I would recommend them to my friends and family.Have a good daySincerely,Miss Kerr

Great. Doctor Collins was accommodating and understanding. The team working at the desk was also wonderful to work with and very organized. Looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Collins on my journey. Such a relief to feel seen! Video calls are safe, but still very personal feeling.

Balance point wellness changed my life! I tried so many other options before going to BPW and nothing worked for me. I’ve been going to BPW since November and I have never felt better! I love the option of virtual visits, the staff is amazing, and their hours are very accommodating! Just one example of how wonderful they are... I had an issue with my insurance not covering a new medication. They worked tirelessly to get the approval and kept me in the loop the entire time. In the end they were successful and even emailed me the approval letter. I then went to the pharmacy to get it filled and they still hadn’t received the approval but because BPW had sent me the email they were able to use that. Not all offices invest so much time into their patients. I am so glad I found BPW!

Everyone at balance point takes great care, gives respect and scheduling is easy.

Can never get anyone to answer the phone. When you leave message, no one calls you back. Staff is rude. Billing dept has no idea what they are doing. Go elsewhere. I did and am so glad I did. Staff answers phone and are very friendly and helpful.
