I’ve been to countless doctors and hospitals with my parents and I’ve always been tasked as a translator for them - this is a common experience for a lot of folks I’m sure but this is the first time we were offered a translator not only at front desk but every step of the way including during surgery. The doctors and nurses treated my mother with respect and made sure she felt cared for and that she understood everything that was happening. The translators themselves were great! They shared the same respectful and friendly energy the doctors and nurses had. Not to mention it’s a free service! This is a great place to go to for any Vietnamese patients or patients that speaks another language than English

I only liked the receptionists there. They are really nice at the GYN office.

My name is Jessica Vargas. I had the most amazing experience here for my shoulder surgery. From the nurse, to the anesthesiologist, to my surgeon and his staff. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Dr Wilckens was absolutely hilarious with his dad jokes. He held my hand through the pain and made me laugh up until I was asleep. His bedside manner is unreal.. Thank you!

Refused to see be because my account some how expired. Very unprofessional for a doctor's office to do that. They even said I they wouldn't be able to see me even if I did get a new account. Total pathetic and they should be ashamed of theirselves.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating. Here is a synopsis of my experience, I was assaulted with blows, pushing and squeezing on my body as I was being awakened by Ms/Mrs. C.Burns R.N/ nurse ratchet in white marsh surgery center. Moreover My elder family warned me about Hopkins and I've heard stories of how black people are treated poorly in there facility by their "trained" staff. I had surgery here about a month ago and I contacted Hopkins about the bruises I obtained from 'said nurse' once I recovered from being over medicated with anesthesia. Hence, the reason I couldn't wake up. This nurse lied in my file about me not cooperating, however I couldn't wake up. I thought as a nurse your supposed to have compassion etc for patients especially when their in a vulnerable state. I've taken my children from this Institution/facility and myself, I want care not mistreatment. Also Hopkins never addressed my issue after all of my efforts of communicating to them with my concerns pertaining to their staff. If this is what Hopkins is about, I don't want any parts of it.

Can’t reach anyone on off hours. Difficulty to find number to nurses

Both procedures went well. Nursing staff was accommodating.

I can't say enough about this practice! TOP NOTCH! I've talked to Niekia twice and she is absolutely wonderful: highly professional, kind, and helpful. She listens intently to your needs, and takes extra care to communicate them well to the doctor. She's one of the best customer service representatives I've ever talked to! Thank you Niekia! (hope I spelled your name right). And, we were also highly impressed with Kristian Kunicky, PAC. Excellent bed side manner, very knowledgeable, and quick to help and respond to your needs. We can't recommend Johns Hopkins White Marsh Surgery Center enough. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

The entire staff from the front desk, to the doctor and especially the nurses were very competent and easy to talk to. Things were explained clearly and confidently with time for questions. Had to have it done, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Thank you!

I Love White Marsh Surgery Center. Talk about prompt and Professional service.. Not to mention how clean it is.. I've used this service three times and every time, from the receptionist to the discharge nurse, I've had nothing but exceptional service. Thanks for everything, LaVinia Bryant-Stewart
