My longtime provider here passed away. This was already upsetting enough. Then this facility made me pay 300+ dollars for a "new patient exam" with another provider, who was also three times as expensive per visit, and would only write my scripts for one month at a time rather than three, as if I hadn't been taking it for years. This put me in the red financially at the time, and forced me to have to stop my medication and treatment.

The 1st therapist left the practice within a month of my ex starting his therapy. They refused to do couples counseling, and they encouraged my ex to stay friends with his mistress because that was his only friend. He continues to cut himself & he threw his family (including our special needs child out on the street) It doesn't sound like they're doing a very good job.

I was a patient of Dr Frank’s from 2019-2023. I give him a lot of credit in helping me get a much better handle on my life long anxiety and depression. He was a strait to the point therapist which I really needed. He gave me great tools to manage my emotions and work on my interpersonal relationships. I highly recommend this practice.

I love my doctor. In miss Dr. Funk. Her passing away was very difficult. But I maintained with the offices help.

For a number of years, I have been seeing Karen Berg —LCSW, and could not have possibly had a better counselor to help me. She has been so supportive, caring, and professional, and helped me get my life back on track after a bout some years ago with major depression. Jackie in the office has also always been so helpful, as well, with setting up appointments, helping me get my meds, etc… As a retired RN/BSN and Chaplain, I would highly recommend Karen to absolutely anyone. I have led others to her that she has also helped in a big way. 5 stars for sure!

Has gone way downhill. Doc misses or is late to scheduled online appointments. They just left me without medication that I've been on for 10 years, doesn't return calls for over a week, then tells me to call back Monday. Of course she's not even in on Monday when I call back. People depend on their providers for medication and support, so there's not much point if they are never there when scheduled or needed.

Disgusting how they treat patients. They clearly have no regard for filling medicines in a timely manner and make no attempts to help their patients.
