Greater Maryland Pain Management's Online Review Report Card

The doctors and PAs at Greater Maryland Pain Management have worked tirelessly to help alleviate my neck pain. I appreciate the steps they have taken to do so, Dr Vidyarthi and his team have a plan for what to do if a procedure does not produce the intended results. He does not go aggressive right away, he takes time to build a plan and proceed. This is what medical professionals should be doing because if a less aggressive treatment can work that is wonderful and if it does not he and the team have a plan for the next step.

I have been patient of Dr, Vidyarthi for several years. I have always been treated with respect and kindness when calling or going into the office. The PAs /NPs as well as the entire staff are so professional and polite. Everyone answers any question I have and assist me in making appointments that are convenient for me as best they can. I would recommend GMPM to my friends and family.

I've been a patient at Greater Maryland Pain Management for over 6 years. Dr. Vidyarthi and his staff provide excellent, professional service. The various treatments I receive to treat pain, help to alleviate it so that I can do my daily tasks. The practice has a lot of patients because the treatments provided work! You'll learn to manage your pain, but this is not to get a cure.The staff tries very hard to accommodate everyone, even during this horrid pandemic. Be patient and calm, but please do go to Greater Maryland Pain Management, you will find the pain relief you're looking for!

Every time I go for an appointment everyone is very friendly, helpful and understanding from the front staff to the N.P. and Dr. When I call for questions I get response within the business day ( usually within a few hours). I would recommend this office to anyone in need!!!!

I have been a patient here ever since the only doctor was Dr. Vidyarthi. Everyone has always been so polite very knowledgeable about my concerns and pain issues throughout. Through every trouble and triumph they have been by my side and helping me acheive my pain relief goals. Besides the level of experience that each doctor has brought to the table,they always leave me feeling confident and satisfied on all my worries and pain issues I feel like family they truly care about my progress and my well being. It is very hard to find doctors who are super knowledgeable and know how to address every concern i have. Greater Maryland Pain Management has expanded so much and the atmosphere is so welcoming and convenient having the procedure office right down the hall. So thankful for everyone. You have come to the right place for the care u need!

Very unprofessional management and very rude and disrespectful to my father. I asked to speak to the manager regarding this matter and some lady named Tiffany was very rude and disgusting to me. I can say a young lady by the name of April was very helpful and understanding but overall the place is horrible.

Just had to review. Sorry can’t help it. Very frustrated. Office staff very nice. Although inept on getting records after two written requests to previous doctors. Doctors after two visits refuse to treat hip and knee pain even though I have documented xrays and diagnosis from orthopedic surgeon. However still made me do a urinalysis (good) and two visits so far. No medication no records but they still bill insurance. Will update upon next visit Monday. I need a total hip replacement bone in bone currently. I feel neglected and if nothing done Monday will talk to medical insurance commission. Sorry I usually don’t post but this is a failure so far and I feel scammedUpdate: finally all is resolved primarily due to crystalWho went far and beyond call of duty to rectify! She was awesome!!!thank you crystal from my heart for your help!!! Please recognize her efforts she is the reason I am now treated for my pain and feeling better!!!!

Horrible experience! Beware of false positive readings!

GMPM is like all the Medstar related practices which are fantastic ! The staff are always cheerful and helpful. The doctors truly listen and never talk over you. They also make excellent recommendations based on your input. I would highly recommend GMPM to anyone interested in receiving excellent pain management.

I've been with this practice for a few years now, they are very friendly and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. They don't rush out.
