Went to this location to establish care with a primary care doctor, as my previous one retired. I arrived at the office just 1 minute before my appointment time. The front desk was able to check me in right away. The wait for the nurse was quick, about 5-10 minutes. My appointment with the internal med doctor was quick and efficient. There is a Johns Hopkins Lab on the ground level of this building for bloodwork needs.

They are starting to nickel and dime patients for messages. Come on, the doctors never get right back to you with answers. At best, 2 days! Then, The other thing is how can a doctor do a video visit and check out a serious heart patient. John Hopkins your board of directors new to revisit what rules they are putting into place. How about this paying your patients for waiting past their appointment time to see the doctor. My time is worth something too.

Since I recently went back to work, I re-established the Odenton JHCP, as my primary care provider. They are professional, dedicated, and respect their patients.

The Drs. don’t take anything seriously, there’s never any appointments in a reasonable time, and the staff are extremely slow at answering messages. Still waiting on a refill from Oct 15th and I’ve contacted 3 times! Not worth your time.

Steer Clear. Corporate medicine is now threatening the insurance companies to get a bigger slice of the insurance pie. And telling patients that if our insurance companies don’t agree to their higher “inflation”-driven costs then they may need to drop our insurance and/or that we have to pay more. I’ve never been satisfied with this medical group on any level and I’m sad that the doctors have to succumb to these corporate structures to practice. This gives us fewer choices in the market place but I’m willing to drive further to avoid the Johns Hopkins Medical Group. I’m still not sure how this medical group is able to use the Johns Hopkins name.
