If I was able to give zero I would. There is no way to reach the office. You have to call one place in the hopes you get a callback. I called May 2022 and still waiting on a callback. I called 3 weeks ago, still no response. I need a paper signed 7-10 business days. Posted hours incorrect. The list goes on and on. Find elsewhere if you can

We are military so it’s hard to get in to our primary physician so this is a great option for our family and the doctors, nurses and staff are always very kind and answer all of our questions. We’ve had long wait times at some of the visits, but understandable! My daughter has had a few ear infections and an eye infection and the doctors were amazing. We’ve also had strep throat which we were all seen here for. Would definitely recommend! Thank you all for your kindness! Especially to my daughter! :)

Rude Staff. Appointment was a 4 and didn’t were seen until 5:30. The NP was so rude and not empathic with my concern, she said “you just have anxiety” 3 days later i was told I had orthocondritis. She questioned me why I wanted X-RAY for my back when I mentioned I’ve had back problems and just as a routine to see how’s everything and I just have more things to say but it would be too long. Never been treated like this at a Dr Office.

I have been here a few times and its kind of hard to rate, The front desk lady is super rude, short and arrogant. She does not have good customer service skills and does not need to be at the front desk. I have had to wait a long period of time to be checked in because she is on a smoke break, or sitting in her car, when she does come back in she takes her time with attitude to call me up to the desk, if I try to walk up she tells me to sit until she is ready. There are some positives though. The young lady who does my triage is phenomenal and always courteous and easy to talk to, She often apologizes for the front desk. She makes me and my children feel welcome and engages in conversation. The doctors there are also very nice and caring. The other staff is the reason I return. If it was not for the other people there I would transfer. There is also another lady who sits up front and is very helpful. One bad seed has ruined it for the whole office. I would give 5 stars if only the front desk was better.
