Dr Hefuna is a very knoweldgable Psychiatrist who seem genuinely interested in my well being. He takes time to listen to me and address whatever is going on without limiting the discussion to medications only. New office environment has been huge change compared to the old one. It is very easy to get my calls answered promptly, they always call on time to ensure smooth access to the tele therapy.

Routinely late for appointments. Changed operating establishments during the pandemic with little notice or confirmation on previously made appointments. Not a bad doctor generally but the lack of attentiveness to schedules or appointments is a pretty big disservice to his patients.

Pleasant experience, easy to talk to. He spends as much time with me as I want. He explains plan in details and take in consideration my life style. Can be late at times

I’ve seen a few doctors but he’s the only one who really listened he doesnt make me feel rushed. Just too bad I have to drive far to his office. I hope he’ll keep seeing people online.

Dr. Hefuna is a knowledgeable psychiatrist with a terrible bedside manner. He is incredibly condescending and verging on disrespectful. He seems to assume all his patients and parents are uneducated and ignorant. He makes assumption about people without asking questions. While he did help my son I found him so off putting I decided to change doctors. Also the office staff is absolutely horrible. It’s incredibly difficult to make an appointment or get a prescription refill and they are down right rude!

I would never trust a psychiatrist again. After seeing him and asking help for my problems I've been having, I left feeding utterly betrayed. He has been late every appointment I've ever had by at least 10 minutes, but this visit it was by 27 minutes. When dealing with any patient, but especially one who's trust, anxiety, fears, and basic mentaI health is depending on your relationship with this person, I would think being temperate, reasonable, and respectful is BASIC professionalism, but I did not leave feeling I had been treated this way. If you dont care, he is the doc for you..... if you need someone Punctual, Respectful, and deserving of your trust and money.......keep looking. You wont get that here
