It was a great experience. Dr. Pathak was thoughtful in his comments and questions about health issues and background. I appreciate the time and approach he took to try to help us understand what might be causing the issues I was there for. All in all, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

Once I was in the office, my experience was very positive. When I called the day before to get in to see Dr.Ritchie, I was told that her next available appointment was in March and that no other physician had openings. They recommended I go to urgent care. I followed up with a message in the portal. The next morning, I got a call to say that Dr. Pathan could see me at 11:40.
