Slowest response for getting refills. Doctor runs late then rushes you. Doesn’t review your chart regularly so has no idea what meds and doses you have tried. Discharged a patient from the hospital without giving current prescriptions, after changing them during a two week hospitalization. When requested, they said “go back to your old ones this week while doctor is away.” Pharmacy we use remarks on how unresponsive this practice is for refill requests. Repeated phone calls from the patient and pharmacy requests are ignored for more than a week. This has been a chronic problem for 5 years through 2 different psychiatrists and 3 patients in our family. Office receptionist is kind and attentive but cannot get doctors to respond or demonstrate any actual concern or caring. Please do not entrust your loved ones here unless there is no other option. Ditto for ER in the same hospital. Many negative long term experiences here.

Not sure why these reviews are negative; she is amazing takes care of her patients (and listens to the patiently.. ) she doesn't just give you meds for the sake of it; she carefully tailors it to her patient; been going to her over 10 years... stop the negativity - you probably didn't get what you want easily so grow up. She is the real deal!

If you have mental health problem this psychiatrist is the worst person to go to. I won’t even give her a 1 star she more concern about filling out a form for my job than my mental issues. She unprofessional when I left she more concern with her patients waiting than my issues. She not compassionate. I will never recommend this psychiatrist to anyone who has mental issues.Now I understand why she has a low rate review. I don’t even know why she practicing psychiatrist her focus should be the mental health of a person not a form to be fill out.I got so frustrated and I told her that my primary dr suggested to see a psychiatrist bc the medication that I was taking. I read her reviews and whoever gave a bad review was correct.Please if you are suffering mental illness please DO NOT GO TO THIS PSYCHIATRIST. The worst ever I hope the people that goes to her won’t harm themselves. This Dr has no Compassionate with people who is suffering in mental illness.

Complete lack of responsiveness to needs and simple requests like a prescription refill. She “fired” both my daughters from her care because she didn’t like that I asked her to be more responsive to emails, calls, texts etc.

Dr. Jimenez is very knowledgeable and explains things very thoroughly. She shows a personal interest and takes her time for the appointment. She is usually on time now for virtual appointments. I enjoy my visits with her!

This lady will basically rob you if you pay out of pocket. She charged me for a 115 dollar psychotherapy session during my normal psychiatry meeting to discuss my medications. We spoke for barely 20 minutes and I was not under any impression that i was going in for therapy. Normally, therapy will last an hour and the conversation is meaningful which was not the case at all during my visit. I told her i was a college student and i was really tight for money and she took advantage of me anyways. My total bill was 265 dollars which is pretty disgusting this lady should be ashamed honestly. You better have great insurance if you want to see this lady.

The absolute worst. Mixes up patient's information DURING the appointment-can't keep facts straight. Condescending. Rude. Makes you wait over an hour to see her. Does not listen to patient. Acts like she has never seen you before even though she cons you into coming each month (NOT NECESSARY for maintenance meds). When you state insurance only covers 3 months of meds at a time as it is considered maintenance, she STILL WRITES THE SCRIPT incorrectly WHILE YOU ARE TELLING HER. HORRIBLE!!

Not sure how this “doctor” has received any five stars. She makes you wait an hour past your appointment every time. She mixes up other patients information with yours. When she flipped a paper she couldn’t figure out it was the other side and started reading all the results incorrectly. She only wants to talk about negative stuff and tried to make more problems than necessary. How did this woman get a job in her position? There are so many negatives I can’t list them all.

She is well informed, keeps up to date with current research, takes time with her patients, and is very kind. She sees my son, who has depression issues, and is very successful with his treatment.

Dr. Tablang-Jimenez was so far off the mark on treating my kid. I would not recommend her for anyone's kid.
