Because I had some flu symptoms, my in person appointment changed to a virtual appointment with Dr. Ritchie. I was very pleased. She spent enough time with me to answer all my questions, and even brought up some issues I'd overlooked.

The nurses and staff are friendly and welcoming. I was taken for the appointment with very little wait time. The nurse performing the intake was thorough and proficient. I am extremely pleased with the professional care received at this practice.
