Medstar Health: Radiology At Olney's Online Review Report Card

Be aware that this office send you to collection directly before sending the right bills to clients. I communicated directly with them many times to see how to get the bill for what collections were asking me and they didn’t provide them. Not even the collectors had it. They had sent an invoice to me with some charges but not all of them without my knowledge. I paid for that invoice on time. The other charges were done directly through collection. It was a very nasty surprise to me because by that time I had paid all my medical and radiology bills. I definitely do not recommend them and never going back to them . What they have is a very bad service.

TWICE, they have worked me in to get multiple types of imaging done, both times on a walk-in basis. I am so impressed with the kindness and customer service I've received here. As a nurse, it is tough for me to get off work to take care of myself sometimes. Feel very lucky to have them so close to me. Space is very modern and clean too!

I initially arriving for my appointment I was greeted by an extremely friendly front desk staff. The gentleman, Ross spoke kindly to me and we shared a few silly jokes which help me to relax. I was sent in by my doctor for breast pain and so I was extremely terrified that I was going to get bad news. My pleasant experience took a terrible turn however, when a staff member, who I later learned her name , Laura, came to the front desk and spoke to Ross in such a shocking manner. She interacted with him twice while I sat there, once was when Ross questioned if she would be taking me back for my appointment. In both instances her response to his questions were rude and belittling. My initial pleasant experience was replaced by the hope that she would not be my tech. If this tech Laura treated her coworkers in such a manner, she would definitely not be able to give the care and empathy that I needed. I spoke with the manager on duty, but she seemed quit dismissive of my concerns. Throughout it all, Ross remained professional at all times not only with me but also with Laura which I believe speaks volumes of the professional he is. Medstar needs more employees like Ross and my actual tech Meheret, and less of Laura.

Ebony The receptionist Tammy and MEHERET the technologist were professional friendly and efficient. Would definitely return for additional testing and recommend to family and friends. Also PLACE was very clean and modern equipment.

Review for Medstar Radiology Network, located on the 6th floor of Montgomery Medstar Hospital. I have had two mammograms and two sonograms here, and continue to be happy with the competent and friendly service I receive from Laura, Dr. Song and the other medical professionals at Medstar Radiology Network. They are kind, efficient and cheerful. My primary care doctor recommended them when I told her I avoided mammograms due to the extreme discomfort involved. She said I'd have a much better experience at this place and she was right. Almost no discomfort, and I felt well taken care of. Thank you!
