My husband and I had been under his care for almost 10 years. Dr Frank is very knowledgeable and confident Doctor from the first visit he took his time to know about my medical history. Dr Frank is a good Listener and shoes genuine concern. Any lab result was discussed thoroughly he identified the problem and prescribed the correct medicine.

Dr Frank does not try to sell you something that isn’t needed. I have calluses on my feet that cause pain, like a stone bruise. The Dr quickly shaves and grinds the calluses off and i have immediate relief. Another pediatric sold me costly shoe inserts and shoes that did nothing for me. I now have my father-in-law going to him as well. I highly recommend him.

He was patient and answered all my questions, and when I got to meet him in person, he was even more approachable and kind. He is very compassionate and explained what was happening along the way, which I found very reassuring. He was also gentle during the procedure and asked me for feedback which I appreciated. I recommend Dr. Frank.

Dr. Frank is a highly skilled surgeon - the surgery he performed was complicated in nature - and the outcome was outstanding. He shows great professionalism and compassion for his patients and addresses all your concerns or fears.

The staff is nice, the office is super clean, this is how all doctors offices should be. I will forever and always recommend this office, this doctor, and the staff for all their podiatry needs!

Excellent surgeon will not steer you wrong, everything is up front. Great follow up and patient friendly. Extremely professional. I’ve had many surgeries and would not hesitate to see Doctor Frank or any doctor in this practice. This practice accepts most major insurances and Tricare!

I've been going to see Dr. Frank on and off for about 5 years now. I started when the old office was off of Old Branch Ave. I wish all doctor visits where as great as seeing Dr. Frank. He is obviously very knowledgeable, and is amazing at explaining the issue and treatment options. He has a professional yet laid back demeanor that has always put me at ease.

I found Dr. Frank to be the quintessential doctor, I love Dr. Frank and his staff, they are so caring and professional! He told me what to expect up front and all went as planned. I followed his instructions and was out of the boot in five weeks. I would recommend Dr. Frank and Family Foot and Ankle to anyone. They did a beautiful job.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for 10+ years and have found him to be organized and focused on patients and their experience. I like the fact that Dr. Frank sees his patients in a timely manner. I also appreciate that he listens to whatever my foot issues are and proceeds with treatment efficiently.

Went to see Dr. Frank for pain in ball of my right foot. He said it was caused by loss of fat between my metatarsal and skin due to my age. He did not give me any guidance on how to care for it. His attitude was that, hey, you're old (78) so deal with it. Before sending me out the door he handed me a couple of cheap foot pads but provided no guidance on how to use them or where to place them. He didn't even tell me if they should be stuck to my foot or to my shoe insole. Since my appointment I have learned much more online that I did from my office visit. He did not document my visit online or send a report to my primary care physician who referred me, which is customary protocol for specialists. I've seen a lot of doctors in my long life and this was by far my worst experience with a doctor's office visit.
