Neil Roy Ohora's Online Review Report Card

I have been a diabetic for 25 years. Dr. Ohora is my 4th Podiatrist and hopefully my last. I have been going to him for about 10 years now because he is a fantastic doctor. He knows his specialty and his patients. He explains things well and cares about his patients. For those negative reviews about his office they do not pertain anymore. He is now part of Medstar and is now at 18109 Prince Phillip Dr. w/new staff. If you are not happy with your current podiatrist or looking for the first time I highly recommend Dr. Ohora.

I have seen Dr. Ohora for two different occasions. In both instances, I found him to be outstanding. He did repair work that another podiatrist did. He is dynamic and his approach towards helping patients, he’s caring, and I trust him implicitly. His communication skills are excellent and explains exactly what the situation is. He’s now a part of MedSTAR and Omi, and while I live some distance away, he would be my sole choice as podiatrist.

Dr. Ohara worked with me on a rather quick emergency basis. He did a wonderful job and is very caring very confident at what he does. I think I can’t find anyone better in Olney.

Terrible customer service from the office staff and doctor. There are far better options in the Olney area.

I can't believe anyone would give Dr. Ohora anything but 5 stars. I have been a diabetic for 23 years and Dr. Ohora is my 3rd foot doctor during that span. I have been seeing him for 4-5 years at least 3 times a year and he is by far the best of the 3 doctors. He CARES, he LISTENS and it is obvious that he is an exceptional doctor who always solves my diabetic foot problem that I am seeing him for. As for Connie, only a self centered idiot would think that anyone would do her job better than she does. Next time you go, and you won't find a better office to go to for your feet, look at what she does. She has to put up with us, answer the phone, make phone calls for Dr. Ohora, get us to an exam room and get him anything that he needs to take care of us.AND, they didn't close the office last year like other doctor's did.

Got there at our scheduled time, did the paperwork, and was almost immediately taken back. Very friendly front office! Dr. Ohora was great with my daughter, took excellent care of her issue. Friendly doctor, talked directly to my daughter, told her what was needed, gave her opportunity to ask questions, the whole visit was flawless. Would definitely recommend.

Interesting looking at the reviews, and I agree with all! I have seen the good, warm and professional Connie, and I have seen the other person too. HOWEVER, that should not impact your outlook regarding the Professional Care that you will receive from Dr. O'Hora. Dr. O'Hora is kind, caring, competent, professional, and thorough. I will employ him again should the need arise, without a second thought. Dr. O'Hora and Connie are a perfect team, I am sure they complement each other well. I thank you both!!!

Worst customer service his office manager/Receptionist Connie is the rudest people I've met. I will never go to this office. It's sad the staff prevents patients from seeing the podiatrist. No clue how the pediatrist does not notice this. They should hire people who need and want to work.

Dr. O'hora is the real deal. Had an achiles injury, called and got a same day appointment where he squeezed me in. Diagnosed and gave me a boot that day, told me to get an MRI. The receptionist there is SUPER nice, helpful, courteous, and genuinely goes out of her way to get you served. Here's where it got real. I got my MRI today at 11am. I'm writing this message at 12:40pm and Dr. O'Hora personally called me, not some robocall, not an email, not the super nice receptionist - he called. Spoke to me about the test results, and advised me on how to best proceed. I know TONS of docs who wouldn't even look at the dang results for a week at best, and many times want you to come in to discuss it so they can get their fee-for-service. I'm very impressed and HIGHLY recommend his practice. I almost welcome my next foot injury just to receive his excellent service again. Ok, I wouldn't go that far, but you get my point. Go to Dr. O'Hora. Thank me later.

I have been going to Dr Ohora for years. He has always taken the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me. I never had any problems with scheduling a appointment and never had a long wait to see the doctor. Dr. Ohora is very professional and caring doctor who takes the time for his patients.
