My records were transferred to this office when my previous ENT physician retired. I had complete confidence in him, so I was hoping I'd feel the same way about this new office. Dr Mehta exceeded all my expectations! Not only was he extremely friendly and compassionate, he demonstrated his extensive knowledge of my condition, as well as other aspects of ENT medicine. He explained everything very thoroughly. As a health care provider myself, I may tend to be a little more critical and cautious than average -- and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with Dr Mehta. I'd definitely recommend him, and look forward to my future follow-up visits with him.

Dr. Mehta listens and analyzes thoughfully before making medical decisions. He has diagnosed several conditions in our family members that pediatricians and GPs have dismissed or misdiagnosed. Dr. Mehta also records patient histories in a way that makes patients feel remembered and respected as individuals. Highly recommend.

I have been Dr. Nicholas Mehta's patient for more than a decade. He is always very thorough, patient, jovial and explains exactly what the issue is. I have introduced him to several friends of mine and they all rave about Dr. Mehta's care. By the way, I am about to set up an appointment for my husband with Dr. Mehta.

I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Mehta and the office staff. Not only is Dr. Mehta very caring and compassionate, he is also a pleasure to be around. It is very clear that he truly loves his job and his patients. After having a minor sinus surgery, he personally wheeled me out to the car. He is an extremely personable doctor. He was also very good at explaining my options, and I felt he explored all possible avenues of my condition.

My experience with Dr Mehta was horrible. He bedside manner is very condescending and rude. After I tried to explain my side, he told me "he was not going to argue with me". Needless to say, I do not have the results of my CAT scan let's pray it is nothing extremely wrong before I get to see another ENT. Front desk staff is also very impatient.

I took my 84 year old father to see Dr. Mehta. He was professional, kind and was able to help my dad with a recurring ear problem that he had seen other doctors for in the past. I would highly recommend Dr. Mehta.

I had an appointment last week with Dr. Mheta. I complained about ringing in my ear and ear pain. He took some wax out and said if the pain doesn't go away to call him. I did that only a week later. Getting through to him is very difficult. Nancy and Caroline screen all calls, tell you they will have him call you back, but he doesn't. They call you back and leave a message to just come in again if your problem persists. OK, but you have to pay a co-pay and they get to bill your insurance company again. What he saw in the ear the first week had to be there the second week especially since the pain did not stop. This appointment should be at no charge. This seems like an attempt to just bill more to your insurance and milk you for more money. The office staff is very rude and abrupt. I liked Dr. Mheta but this atmosphere where your just looked at as a means to more billings vs taking care of you first is unethical.
