Robert Winston Kennedy's Online Review Report Card

I do not recommend him to anyone. His secretary Koren is the rudest person ever. She belittles you abs will not answer her phone or call you ba kick. I will never go back to him because of her.

The girl working the front desk is the worst. She's the reason I won't be a returning patient.

I'm a 68 year old, white male. I started going to Chenal Family Practice - Dr. Robert B. Kennedy - after my previous PCP retired in Dec. 2019. I can't say enough good things about this medical practice, and the people who work there. They are all top notch at what they do. They are not only like a family, but they make me feel like family too. Dr. Kennedy first did a complete physical on me, including extensive blood work. He determined that I had four items that needed to be addressed. 1. My allergies needed to be more controlled by allergy testing, which he does in the office, and by weekly serum injections. 2. My blood pressure was too high, and it needed to be at or below 120/80. 3. I had hypothyroidism that needed to be controlled by medication. 4. I had low testosterone levels, that needed to be controlled by weekly testosterone injections. Within four months of coming to this office, Dr. Kennedy had all four items under control. I began working from home for 10 weeks in April 2020, due to the pandemic. I stopped going to the fast food restaurants, and started eating better at home. With the better diet, and with the thyroid medication that Dr. Kennedy put me on, over the last year I've lost thirty pounds, and I've lost six inches in my waist. I went from wearing a size 38 pants, down to a size 32. I haven't worn that size pants on over forty years!!! It wasn't that I felt bad before, but I just didn't know how much better I could feel!!! It feels so good...to feel so good...!!! If you're looking for a PCP that actually listens to his patients, and strives to help them become as healthy as possible, then I highly recommend Dr. Robert B. Kennedy at Chenal Family Practice. 3.9 overall review...PLEASE. I am a Registered Nurse with 27 years of clinical experience, This physician is excellent!! He is knowledgeable and very thorough in his care. I would not even consider seeing another MD. Dr. Kennedy’ is by far one of the best doctors I’ve seen. He is WITHOUT A DOUBT 5 STARS!!!

Receptionist so rude I refuse to go back. I thought he was looking out for my best interest at first but it now appears he was just wanting money by doing unnecessary tests.

Dr. Kennedy is the best doctor ever. I am always in and out. He makes sure to go above and beyond what I’m coming in for and makes sure to explain my results so I can understand.

Front desk girl is terrible. So bad I won't be back.

He and his staff are simply amazing, 5 star. Love them. I was without a PC for years & a friend on FB recommend him and going to see him was the best thing I could have done. They are knowledgeable, professional, punctual, & loving. They are truly the chic-fil-a in service for a PC doctor and service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Kennedy love Jay

I've been his patient for 9 months. He's the smartest MD I've had. He teaches at UAMS Medical College, has a Family Practice, a Weight Clinic, and is an Allergy Specialist all in one! Also, he CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS! Dr. Kennedy is just a good guy.

Dr. Kennedy is the best. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Dr. that will spend time with you and not rush through your visit. He is very friendly and caring. His nurse Melissa is very nice as well.
