I use Dr. Ng as my primary care doctor and she's always attentive, answers my questions and is genuinely concerned about my well being. No one likes going to the doctor, but she always makes it as pleasant as possible.

Wait time was horrible. Receptionist was friendly and nice. Nurse who took me back was nice. They both seemed to be doing a lot of work for just two people. Red flag for me was in hearing Dr Ng speak to her staff with such an unkind nasty tone. In the exam room- she was rushed, condescending and did not seem to look at me or hear my questions. I will not go back to her. It’s a shame I liked the location and the staff seemed to be very friendly with the patients but Dr Ng was not worth my wait time.

Dr Ng is a very kind and compassionate doctor. She takes extra time and always listens and answers questions. The staff in this office truly makes this office great. The receptionist and nursing staff are all such fun. It is a great reflection on the office that the staff make coming to the office a good experience.

This is a horrible place to go. We have been patients for a few years and it was ok in the beginning but has really degenerated. If you are ill, good luck getting an appointment. They are always busy. Maybe you can get an appointment with the nurse paracticioner - but forget about the doctor. The staff are so RUDE, After my wife waited an hour past her appointment time, she asked how much longer and 15 minutes later still no answer! But the receptionist really seemed to enjoy her ice cream
