Dr Orzech and the entire practice are extremely warming, kind and patient. Nurses, are top notch. Wait time is next to none. They are efficient and thoughtful. Two positive experiences: 1) We have twins, and are new parents, and when the twins were born our daughter had a minor issue with jaundice. We were out of town during the first two weeks of their birth, and had a scare with our daughter on a Sunday afternoon (after hours) the on call doctor arranged everything with the local (near us) hospital for quick evaluation and by the time we arrived the hospital team was ready for us. 2) Recently, we had an hiccup with our health issuance. Regardless, the entire team was very patient and held off on billing until I was able to sort things out. I couldn’t be happier with this group, and I am glad our children are in their care.

I would give Dr Orzech a negative 10 if I could. She was rude and mean to my 5 year old daughter. She talked to my child like she was in boot camp, and the nurse, she wasn't any better, she comes in the room while my daughter is balling and says "now the worst part, the shots!". Why get into pediatrics if you don't care about kids. Dr. Orzech diagnosed my daughter with asthma a few years ago. To get a refill on her inhaler has been a huge hassle and I still haven't been able to get it refilled. I have two other children and my husband works during the day. My same daughter needs to be seen for her mental health will not be seen because I have no one to watch my 1 year old. She will not see her. I'll be finding her another pediatrician who actually cares about the kids they treat.

Dr Orzech has major control issues, she treated my 5 year old like she was in the military. My child was scared the whole visit, and Dr Orzech was annoyed by my child and was very rude. She knows my child has sensory issues and she basically was hinting that she was just spoiled, which is not the case if you know about sensory issues! The nurses were no better, they had an attitude the whole time. My daughter is absolutely going to be scared of doctors now. It was a sad and disappointing visit

Outstanding care. My kids feel very comfortable, as do I. She follows up promptly and has never made me feel rushed or like a burden with all of my questions. Has gone above and beyond for us. The whole office is great- very clean, kid-friendly, and great staff. Highly recommended Dr. Orzech!

She has been with my daughter for 8 years, my son for 2. She is very busy and hard to schedule with u less ur are really sick. And she does not play with her time. U miss and appt or u late she won’t see u . But other than that she is very kind and knowledge. She calls back right away if u have serious concerns and my kids love her.

Dr. Orzech have been taking care of my kids for many years. She is a great doctor! So attentive to everything I have worried about! Always calls back with recommendation. DrOrzech is very knowledgeable and experienced Pediatrician! My kids love her!

Dr. Orzech-Nixon's , medical care is professional with care! I know she really cares for the health of both our children with her actions and questions. My children have found a doctor to grow up with! We are home :)
