My primacy care doctor referred me to him for treatment for anxiety. After only trying two medications, he would take weeks to respond and then got frustrated and told me he couldn’t help me and “to go see a shrink or something”. After that, he had me terminated due to no longer having a hood patient relationship, which means I can’t even see my PCP anymore. Very unpleasant experience.

Dr. Ferentz is very professional, caring,attentive and overall a wonderful doctor. My grandma (70s) has been working with him for around 7 years and he has been great. He even took her off of unnecessary medications. She has been to many doctors over the years and we can only report the best and I highly recommend him. We hope to continue to work with him for many years to come.

Our family has been with Dr. Ferentz for 13 years. We followed him wherever he moved practice until he found home at GBMC. He truly cares about us and our well-being. Our kids (now teens) love how he makes them laugh with his non-dad jokes. THE. ABSOLUTE. BEST.

Dr. Ferentz has been my PCP for over a decade & I can honestly say I don't know if id be here without him. I know that people say that often, but in this case it's the truth. If it weren't for his support, care and belief in my symptoms & fighting for me to receive the best care, I don't think I would of made it. He's an amazing doctor and person, teaching students the right way to show empathy & compassion to their patients, is an amazing gift that will be shared w/ future patients for years. I am so blessed & grateful that he is my physician!!
