Went in for my annual visit, visit was changed to an Est patient visit which charged me a $20 copay. My wonderful PCP switched to another location and when I received the noticed, the front desk said Dr. Baird was available. Dr. Baird made my visit solely on my foot when in fact I asked about my foot at the end of the visit and her response was very condescending when I sent a message about my concern. I still had my preventative lab work done; which I should not have because she "claim" I did not get a physical when CLEARLY that is what I scheduled for and took time off work to do. I would never recommend Dr. Baird to anyone, she don't really care to hear what the patient has to say. She said to me: . We try to ask patients not to address new problems at a physical or if provider has not addressed the concern at a visit before- as insurances will not cover for a physical. You are more than welcome to ask advice, recommendations at your physical.

Dr. Baird is my primary care physician. She is excellent. She has a good bed side manner and is very thorough.

No follow thru. Orders tests that are not for her to decide important or not ( scans for cancer patient) and lets them stay on desk 5 days. She doesn’t call with results and doesn’t react to exams that reveal issues. I would be in trouble if I didn’t do the follow up myself by acquiring results, sending reports to proper doctors. We are humans. We deserve courtesy and respect for our lives.

She made eye contact, was very polite and willing to explain to me what I needed to do to get my thyroid under control. I like the way she went over my medical records with me & asked several questions relating to my condition. Overall, I was generally pleased with her service & feel very comfortable with her. This is my second visit with her. I am looking for a competent family doctor to replace the one I had who retired. So far, I am very satisfied with both the staff and her at 129 Lubran Drive, Annapolis, MD 21401. I would recommend her to family and friends.

I have never been so dissappointed by a DR. She was with me for all of 90 seconds, if that. She didn't tell me what she thought my symptoms were pointing to, nor did she explain the perscriptions that she gave me. It wasn't until afterwards that I called CVS and found out she prescribed me a medicine I am allergic to. Unbelievable. Love the practice but will avoid her at all costs.

I wish there was the possibility of rating a 0 for helpfulness. I agree with below posts. Couldn't have had a worse experience. I have had a very uncomfortable medical condition for a few weeks and the least she could've done was listened to me and made me feel important. Instead she didn't make eye contact, didn't tell me what she was prescribing, and left the room before explaining my condition. I am FLOORED at how rude she was. Unacceptable and will not return to her EVER.

I have been with Dr Baird for about 3 years. She has always been professional and we discuss my health and options for treatments. After having major surgery a year ago Dr Baird, changed some of my prescriptions to accommodate my recovery, then we returned to my normal levels when recovered. She sees me more often (every 3-6 months) to check to see there are no lingering complications.

Agree with last post, terrible bedside manner. No handshake, no eye contact. "Hi, what can I do for you?" Never would go back to her or refer a friend/family to her.

Terrible bedside manner....flew into the room, mumbled her name with no eye contact, and looked at her computer and asked what could she do for me--no eye contact. Came in with attitude as if she wanted to rush me through. The worst part is her absolute lack of knowledge regarding my condition--she was unable to even begin to think of what could be going on. Attitude and rudeness may be used to cover up her shortcomings in medicine.

Truly one of the least knowledgeable primary doctors I've ever seen. Was forced to see her twice when my doctor was on maternity leave, and it was a complete waste of time and money. She is obviously too busy worrying about her hair, makeup and wardrobe to even pretend to care about the practice of medicine- especially if you have uncommon health issues. I will likely leave mppc due to the fact that this doctor seems to be the only one who ever is available for same day acute visits, and I wouldn't trust with a hangnail.
