Praveen Duggal, Md's Online Review Report Card

I would not recommend Dr. Praveen Duggal to anyone seeking compassionate or patient-centered care. I was scheduled to have surgery with him to correct a deviated septum. It was going to be my first surgery ever, and understandably, I experienced nerves and ultimately canceled the procedure close to the surgery date. While I acknowledge the short notice, I was shocked when, a few months later, after feeling ready to move forward, I reached out to reschedule — only to find that Dr. Duggal had discharged me as a patient. This felt extremely harsh and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. Since then, I have consulted with other ENTs who also felt that his reaction was unnecessarily extreme. As a physician, particularly a surgeon, there should be an understanding that surgery is a significant event for a patient — not something everyone is immediately emotionally prepared for. Unfortunately, Dr. Duggal’s arrogant and egotistical approach made it clear that he prioritizes his own convenience over patient care. Choosing an ENT is a big decision — you deserve a doctor who respects that and treats you with understanding, not judgment.

Very thorough professional and conscientious. Care is given by category via an admn/recpsnst, vitals intake by med asst, then convo w/physician assistant. By the time you see the doctor he knows what the issue is and his qstns & prognosis are laser focused. With up-to-date medical equipment and attention to detail, you feel heard and seen.

Would highly recommend Got a septoplasty done and the results were exactly as promised. A very reasonable doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and takes all the time necessary to answer patient questions. 20/10 stars.

Dr duggal was so kind and patient explaining everything that would take place during my turbanet procedure. I initially saw him almost 2 years before I had the procedure. When I went to see him again, he was so understanding and explained everything. During the procedure, both he and his assistant were amazing! In all of my follow-up visits, he answered every question and provided guidance. He is an awesome doctor and I believe such a kind-hearted man. Anyone that needs to see an ENT should visit him.

Dr. Duggal is without a doubt the best physician I have seen. Whoever didn’t give him 5 Stars, I truly believe. You have him mixed up with someone else. His professionalism, knowledge and care could not have been any better. Thanks Dr. D for fixing me up! I really appreciate it!

I met with Dr. Duggal for the first time today and was very impressed. I had already seen two other ENTs, and neither could properly diagnose my problem. Dr. Duggal figured everything out in just a few minutes and clearly explained my treatment options. He also has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him!

As a previous review stated, not sure if Dr Duggal was having a rough day or not, but I did not experience a warm bedside manner. His tone was very condescending and confrontational to a point that I asked him if I should cancel my appt with him because it seemed like I offended him. Very unfortunate how I was treated as a patient.

Dr. Duggal is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone having any ear, nose or throat issues. Having recently preformed a septoplasty on me which has greatly improved my breathing, he will definitely be my go to ENT for years to come. His bedside manner is incredible and I always felt comfortable discussing my issues and the solutions with him. I knew I was in good hands. My healing from surgery was spectacular and it's all thanks to Dr. Duggal!!! If you're looking for a trustworthy, responsive and over all good ENT he's your guy.

Dr. Duggal is extremely competent and compassionate. I would highly recommend him to anyone struggling with sinus issues. For over a year, I was miserable due to repeated sinus infections. My ears were also constantly pressure filled and my sleep was disrupted on a nightly basis. Dr. Duggal was the first doctor I saw that took the time to listen to all my symptoms with the goal of working towards solving the problem rather than just prescribing another antibiotic. He performed balloon sinuplasty on me in mid May and I feel terrific. I feel as if I can breathe again and I have no more sinus pressure and my ears have returned to normal. The procedure was performed in his office and with little to no discomfort. Dr. Duggal also took great care during follow up visits to ensure my recovery went smoothly. He is one of the best!

I've seen Dr. Duggal a several times over the last couple of years for various issues. He has great bedside manner, and his diagnosis and treatments have been spot on. I feel very confident in his care and can't recommend him highly enough! Thank you Dr. Duggal!
