He’s horrible! Someone needs to take his scalpel and hide it. His patients have so many surgical complications. I’d go to a Kaiser surgeon before him and that’s saying a lot.

I was taken to the hospital via ambulance. Dr. Franklin performed life saving surgery on me. Due to his actions, I am alive today.

I had my gallbladder removed and I feel great. Dr Franklin was kind and explained the procedure with diagrams . My experience as a patient of his was wonderful. His staff was just as wonderful. I would use his services again.

Dr. Franklin is AMAZING, he inserted my port for chemotherapy 3 years ago. I'm happy to announce no more Chemotherapy, so my port is officially bye bye. Thank you Dr. Franklin for putting up with this crybaby. I love you and your staff is incredible. Thank you Theresa, Lottie, Kathy and my favorite nurse, Ann❤.I would definitely recommend and refer Dr. Franklin. Very down to earth..

Dr Franklin is the best! You won’t find another doctor that as great clinical experience and great bedside manner. From arriving to pre-op to waking up in recovery, he was there to make me feel comfortable. I’m so glad that he did my surgery. Would recommend him to any friends or family in Maryland!

Overall service was great! Dr. Franklin did my surgery and left almost no scarring. My only problem is getting through....each time I called the voicemail always said the office is closed, and call back during office hours, but I called during office hours! I'd definitely would refer him to others....

Not a bad guy, but not the most competent in my experience. After he performed my surgery my medical issue actually got worse. Before going in for a follow up I saw another doctor about redoing the procedure who was very confused and shocked as to why Dr. Franklin had not employed certain, somewhat common, techniques to prevent what had caused my issue to worsen. "But thats the problem with general surgeons, they just don't know" he said. When I asked Dr. Franklin about these techniques during a follow up he stared at me, shrugged, and simply said he could try again if I like, of course with another bill attached. But that was the feeling I had through this whole experience, get them in, get them out, send a bill.
