Communication is key I don't see why people are picking on my Dr. Tam N. Nguyen she is a good doctor I've never had a problem except maybe for a little communication problems she should listen to the patient a little more but she is a good doctor and gets the job done. I think if they weren't in such a hurry with too many patients at one time things would be better. The worst thing for me is getting My prescription filled because it's addicting but on the average I only fill it once or twice a year so I don't see the problem and it's the only thing that helps my vertigo. I feel that the hearing test are pushed on everybody from what I see in the reviews but like I said she has helped me and I think she does a thorough job. I'm waiting for my prescription at this time and just found out it was turned down by her. Doctors always worry about medications and addiction. Lol

Extremely unprofessional. Did not do a thorough check-up or suggest a plan of action. I have been to Chesapeake ENT before and had a great experience.

I love Dr Nguyen. She is so pleasant and gentle. I love her smile. I had an ear infection years ago and my ear actually hurt when touched. She was so understanding and gentle, I felt so much better after leaving her office ♥️♥️

We love Dr. Nguyen! She saw my son when he was around 2yo and was the doctor who suggested that my son might not be growing properly because of sleep apnea! After a sleep study, she recommended surgery to remove the adenoid, tonsils, and to also put in eartubes. She made us feel completely at ease with the procedure and answered all our questions. 2 years later, our son is doing great and is now on his second set of ear tube - which she also put in! She’s amazing!!

Went to see her about my ear bleeding. She couldn't find a cause and seemed to question my veracity. She did not recommend further lab work to ensure there was no serious problem. However she had one of the staff test my hearing - a test that was not needed. I complained about swelling around my eyes which of course she discounted. I believe she looked in my nose. However, she charged for a nasal endoscopy that she did not perform based on my research of this procedure. Can't trust her.

I have been attending many dr visits for the past 2 months with my husband who had Prostate cancer and spent 3 night in Johns Hopkins but going to Dr. Nguyen's office what like a fresh of breath of air. From the phone call for setting up my appointment to the phone call to remind me of my visit and then going to my visit the entire staff including Dr. Nguyen were so friendly, helpful and pleasant.Every single person in that office was very nice. Dr. Nguyen is an excellent Dr and the only reason I gave this review 1 star is the staff at Chesapeake Ear Nose & Throat in Westminster MD is possibly the worst staff of any profession I have ever witnessed. The staff is condescending, very unprofessional and down right rude. I have never seen people employed so angry by the fact that they have a job. It's almost like you're ruining their day by being a patient.

She has done two surgeries on My right ear and has displayed Her professionalism and skill each time. I am currently getting a hearing aid and would recommend her. She also sees my son for nose bleeds and has treated my family like we are close friends.
