Dr. Asare is one of the worst Drs i have encountered. My first child birth was traumatic. I read some of these other reviews and honestly confused how others think she has a good bedside manner. To me it felt like she does what she needs and wants to get out of the room as quick as possible. For those who may think it was due to me personally, she did this first apt i had before i ever talked to her. My water broke on Saturday at 5am and i started having contractions, Dr. Asare was on call and i went to the hospital multiple times and was told my water did not break. I then called her and asked if i can be induced since i am past my due date and in a lot of pain, her response was “i know I didn’t come in to see you in the ER but i saw the test results your water is not broken and we do not have enough staff to just induce people when they want” at this point i started crying and couldnt even talk to her anymore. My induction was scheduled for that monday 10 pm, due to my water breaking and me not getting induced i ended up having an infection and not being able to dilate when induced. My cervix was swollen and had to take Benadryl tuesday evening and after that 4 hours later i could push. While pushing due to my infection i had 105 fever and my tongue was sticking to my mouth as well as passing out in between contractions. The first sign to switch practices should have been when she wanted to give me wooping cough vaccine at 27 weeks and when i asked why so early the response was “oh we do it now so we dont forget” i saidi wont forget and then started making apts with different dr who i did like but because its the same practice i ended up with her when my water broke. I highly recommend staying away from Dr Asare!

Dr Asare is a wonderful doctor. She is efficient and thorough. I have been seeing her for many years and she has always been attentive and caring.

Has reputation for being arrogant and uncaring, especially towards post menopausal patients. Should have listened! Very upsetting visit, especially from a female physician. Would give a negative star review if possible

Dr Asare always takes her time to explain everything, is very thorough and friendly. I feel like I'm having a conversation with a girlfriend! We are about the same age, so I feel like we're experiencing the same things. I highly recommend her!

Dr Asare is very very pleasant . I have been seeing her for years and will continue seeing her in the future. She listens very carefully and she pays attention to your concerns and will give you suggestions so you have choices to pick from . She is experienced And very very friendly. With Dr Asare ,your BP never goes up when on the exam table because of her laughter and friendliness.
