Got nothing but great things about the Doctor, took me in staff was very helpful, for a first time patient. Don’t know who the other folks seen but I’ve been there three different times and nothing but professional service.

I was a patient last year. I needed a referral to another specialist, but always felt like I had to adapt to the doctor's schedule instead of finding one that I could visit on my own schedule. I hesitated calling the doctor because I wanted to find one I could visit that was more convenient and accessible for me. On one ocassion, I chose to have a telehealth appointment because it was more convenient and they messed it up and left me waiting for two hours after the appointment time. The office doesn't seem to care about or respect the time and free choice of patients, but instead pushing services or colleagues within the same offices or practice or organization. If they want to promote the office or practice more effectively, offer better service focussed on patients and not the practice, be professional and compassionate or choose a job that doesn't interact with the public.

The receptionists sit and gossip about patients. I was waiting in the waiting room and a girl working with a very short ponytail was making fun of a woman she just got off the phone with.

Worst medical experience in my life I made an appointment with the neurologist office there with dr. Anahi or however you spell it anyways this office was the only neurologist office that I could get into within a decent timeframe my first appointment couldn’t have gone worse I sat back in the treatment room for over 45 minutes until the doctor finally come back to see me and just gave me nothing but complete disregard for anything that I said and I felt so distant from my own treatment very disrespectful and arrogant and he ordered for me to have an MRI done due to me recently having seizures for no apparent reason he told me I can walk into the Waldorf location to get an MRI done on the spot when I did that that was not the case at all it took over a month for me to schedule an appointment to get the MRI done once I got my MRI done I schedule an appointment back with the office to go over my results my appointment time was on September 8 at 3:15 PM I arrive 30 minutes before my appointment they didn’t take me back to the treatment room until 320 and I proceeded to sit back in the treatment room until about 415 when I decided enough was enough nobody came back there to check on me or anything so I went to the desk to see what was going on and all they said was oh you’re the next person that was not acceptable what was the point of having a 315 appointment if I’m not going to be seen within a reasonable timeframe of 315 not an hour past the appointment time after that they had the audacity to tell me that I could’ve done my appointment over video chat which was never mentioned to me before and that would’ve save me a 50 minute drive to the doctors office very unorganized I stormed out of there very angry and called Medicare to flag this doctor to make sure they don’t charge my insurance for that appointment I honestly hope they do try so I can get them for Medicare fraud but anyways I don’t suggest anybody to go to this doctors office I suggest just wait however long it takes to see another neurologist This neurologist did not seem very knowledgeable and seemed very biased with medical marijuana if I was a millionaire I would buy the practice just to destroy the building so no one else will have to go through this again

I must share that I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from your office. My appointment was March 28 and it took 3 weeks to get a call back from the doctor about my test results and I’m just getting the referral today April 20th This is ridiculous. Also when I initially called to schedule an appointment I asked specifically for a black female doctor. That request was also not honored. The office has been extremely unresponsive and unprofessional in the handling of my treatment. I still have not received a log on or pin to access the medstar website and view my results and the doctors notes myself. Nobody deserves subpar care. The office does not answer their phones and does not follow through on simple request. -Jocelyn Harris
