The absolute best G.I. that I have ever had. Dr. Lin is always very compassionate and asks all the right questions regarding how I feel, where my pain/discomfort is, and he is always "right on the ball" when Colonoscopy comes around. If I could give Dr. Lin 6 stars, I would. I love you Dr. Joseph Lin!!! God Bless!!!

Dr. Lin was great he didn’t rush through my exam he allowed me to talk and he listen to my complaints. I like the old school feel that he and his office staff showed. He even gave me medicine that helped until my procedure yes I would deck definitely recommend out the length to anyone of my family and friends

Not only the best GI I have ever seen or met, he may very well be the absolute best Dr. I have ever encountered. Without a doubt I would recommend Dr. Lin to anyone and everyone. Phenomenal.

I was only there once and set up a colonoscopy but ended up canceling it b= because his secretary called me to confirm my appointment and I asked a question about what I was aloud to drink in my coffee the day before and she said as she yelled it " DO WHAT YOU WANT!" and then hung up on me... now I know she could have been having a bad day but that was totally uncalled for and I was not being rude or unprofessional to her at all so I called back and canceled my appointment and my husbands new appointment as well.

Dr Lin is extremely thorough and takes all the time required to discuss all aspects that may concern you. He has been my Dr for 8 years.

What a rude inconsiderate Dr. Kept making smart remarks about my weight, after saying I understood I needed to loose weight he laughed and said there is plenty of weight loss programs and they make tons of money off people like me. I finally said "OK, I GET IT!" he smirked and laughed a bit and said you have to loose some weight, I don't know what to do with you. His anesthesiologist can only do 55 bmi and mine was 55.6 and he acted like it was then end of the world and nothing could be done other then just loose weight and everything will be fine. I'll never go back again and wouldn't ever refer anyone to them, even my worst enemy. Customer service is everything, don't you think us FAT people have been referred to loose weight before? Don't be such a jerk about it!!!

Dr Lin is a great person/Dr. He truly cares about his patients and it shows, my husband was diagnosed with Hep c n stage 3 fibrosis, Dr Lin helped us and made our journey of treatment comfortable. He calls to check on my husband and reminds us of appointments, he takes time to explain everything and even his staff is caring, they all know my husband by name and make sure you feel like family. Dr Lin is a genuine person and definitely loves his job. He is saving my husband's life and making sure that he is doing good while going through the treatment. Thanks Dr Lin....

This Dr is a clown. Save your time and money go somewhere else. My wife spent 11 days in the hospital, and was told to follow up with a Gi doctor. When she saw him he told her insurance companies don’t want you in the hospital that long and didn’t believe she was even there. If I could give him negative stars, I would. Not much a Doctor here !!!
