List of MIchael David Suter's Reviews
Very personable and professional physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Suter to anyone seeking a caring knowledgeable doctor.
The nurses/assistants are nice, however the Dr's "bed side manner" could use some improvement. Office personnel needs additional training. After telling me they accepted my insurance, they did NOT, and did not say anything until after waiting to bill for 3-4 appts at $800. The Dr's billing manager/wife was extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and not willing to accept THEIR error. Office is dirty and needs a thorough cleaning.
I have been seeing Dr.Suter over 30 years,he is a great doctor he listens to his patients,he has a down to earth personality and pleasant. Dr.Suter is very caring about his patients. Dr.Suter's office staff is excellent and always helpful, this is a great office with experienced staff and always professional. If you are looking for a dedicated caring doctor then you need Dr. Suter.
Dr. Suter and his staff are beyond what I expect. Kind, caring, informative, and take the time to listen. I highly recommend Dr. Suter to anyone needing a PCP.
Wonderful primary care doctor! Friendly staff!
Love Dr Suter! Only doc I have that doesn't have his nose in a tablet or computer during visit. Pays attention, asks the right questions, and he's the kind of dr that just needs to look at you to know something is wrong.
Best doctor I ever have in my life
I cannot say enough about Dr. Suter's amazing team and him as a primary care doctor. He truly goes above and beyond to help. Thank you to this amazing team!!
Great staff! Dr. Suter is extremely knowledgeable and always has plenty of time for each patient. The office is clean and I felt very safe during this time of Covid.
Told by Dr. Suter office staff my total visit cost between $150-$200. Dr. Suter charged $148. Days later received in the mail a $391 bill for 3rd party cost. Totally mislead. Also, staff is unfriendly and quick to want to move onto the next patient/task. Worst doctor office environment I have experienced. Today, 9/24/19 I requested that Dr. Suter write a letter requesting that I be excused from jury duty per Baltimore County Jury Commissioners Office. My mother and I are patients of Dr. Suter. My Mom is 91 years old and has dementia. My Mom's needs preclude her from attending jury duty selection from 8:30am to 4:30pm. She lives at my home, I am retired and her full time care provider. Dr. Suter refused to write the letter on my behalf because I have not had a office visit since the Spring of 2018 bloodwork charges situation. It was my decision to not return to his practice. He is willing to write a letter if I come in for a office exam. Out of principal I will not do that. I explained this to the jury commissioners office and they requested that I write a letter stating the above and maybe I will be granted and exception from jury duty. In the meantime I have been granted a two week extension to report. I intend to write the letter this evening. I find it disturbing that a Doctor would put economics/ego in front of an elderly presons well being. I go on Medicare on 10/1/19 and plan to change doctors very soon. I hope my new doctor can take my mother as a new patient too That would help make our life a little more convenient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
