This office has turned into a corporation. The front office people are aggressive. Doctor will not call you back. The only way to talk with him is to make an app months in advance. Typically, you are stuck with a PA, not an MD.

Be prepared to wait over an hour even if you are the first person in the door. The doctors are fine. But the wait is unbelievable.

I had a appointment 1/29/2021 at 1:30 pm. I'm 42 years old. I was seen by nurse Valdane Robinson. I went in for a worm concern and had provided a photo of the worms in ?.My kids have acquired chickens during quarantine. I requested a sonogram as I have had daily movement/ kicking in my intestinal area for over a month. I was denied. Dr Rahnama told the nurse I had pin worms and told her to prescribe Albendazole 200mg 2 tabs a day for 10 days. She said I'll put the script in now. While I was putting my coat on I received a phone call from the pharmacy stating that the medicine was a 9,000 dollar med and that the Dr has to call my insurance for authorization. I immediately told them what the pharmacist said. They flat out denied my request. I asked can they change it to something thats not 9,000 dollars that doesn't need authorization, they denied that also...remember people this is for pin worms..anyway I requested I have a sonogram for the movement. They did produce a order for that so I could have that done however they did not put on the form to look at my intestines. At this time it was 3:30 pm ..I was waiting to see if I could talk to the Dr and have him authorize the script or write a different one..as I was waiting someone that works there I assume is a office person not a nurse opened the glass window without her mask and told me to leave. I said I'm waiting. She came out behind the window area and got right up to my face without a mask and told me to leave. She said we are closed and we have a meeting. At this time other office associates were also taking there masks off in the small waiting room while I was there. I felt very threatened by this and by this women. I felt as if I didnt walk out the door that she would push me out. I called the police and they responded. I told them how they weren't wearing masks and her in particular got in my face without one..the officers spoke with her. She was not wearing a mask at the time and lied to the police and told them that she was. In this horrible pandemic and time there is no excuse for this behavior! I felt very threatened by this women. I would stay clear of this place unless you really want😱😷 Covid 19. Update: today is 2/8/20201 and he still hasn't gave me a script for the pin worms, and he won't return my phone calls to get my lab results even though they were sent to his office 2/2/2021. According to lab corp. He is very unprofessional. He also sent me a letter of my termination of his office..lol😂 like I would ever go back..haha..

Rahnama is worthless. Do NOT waster your time or Money. Ive been seeing Doctors for 30 yrs and this one knows least of them .. That is why he wentt to a carribean school. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LIFE IN YOUR HANDS WITH THIS GUY

Dr Rahnama is absolutely wonderful. He is so caring & listens & explains things. He has stuck by me through difficult medical issues, that have been very painful, scary & difficult to diagnose, but never gave up on me. I love my Doctor. God Bless him. I would recommend him to everyone. The staff is very kind also. Especially Willa, she is so pleasant & professional. She speaks so pleasantly to patients. She has a comforting voice, which is what sick patients need. Carolyn is very kind also. The entire staff is great & very sweet & compassionate. Thank you True Care!

Dr Rahnama is a very caring Doctor.. I have been seeing him since the 90's....I work In a operating room around Doctors all day long and I no the behavior some come off with I can say his behavior and compassion is most up standing.. He truly cares and is very delightful when you are not at your best ..Easy to communicate with and has a ear for listening!! He has got to be one of the best !!!
