The staff were very friendly. Kristen was very polite and professional. She was very cautious considering my 'out of the ordinary' surgery, and has been very thorough in contacting the doctor for any additional guidance in regards to my condition. Thanks Pasadena Medstar!!

Was told I didn't need an appointment to just walk in, now 2.5 hrs later and my son screaming were still waiting. The place is empty I dont get it. Never had this prob when it was right time

My experience at MedStar health physical therapist in Pasadena is the best ever my therapist Naomi and the team that work along with her you could not ask for a better group each one of them knowing their jobs they make you feel right at home there's no waiting for your schedule appointment you go right back everyone's so excited to see you with a warm greeting I would highly recommend MedStar therapy in Pasadena there's so much more I would like to say about the team in Pasadena I just don't have enough space so I'm going to cut it short but I would definitely recommend them

My experience with the physical therapy at MedStar Health in Pasadena has been a wonderful experience very caring friendly and helpful if it wasn't for them I'm not sure I would be where I'm at today and I look forward to making a full recovery I would recommend anybody that needs physical therapy to go to their office.. You would not regret it and you would meet some friendly people along the way ... Great place ..5 stars all the way ...😊

My physical therapist as well as the entire team are all professional, curious, helpful answering questions and warm and kind. My physical therapist helped me so much. She gave me exercises right away that gave me immediate relief. She gives wonderful explanations of how yo do the exercises and then provides paper instructions that are great. My experience has been extraordinary with my physical therapist and the entire team.
