We were delighted with the care my husband received today at INOVA. Dr, Gordon Byrne and his team were top notch! Ever team member was very friendly, professional and attentive. They made a difficult situation great! Thank you for the excellent care that you provided to my husband. It means the world to us!

I was very pleased and impressed with our visit today. We walked in for an appointment instead of scheduling online. They were able to see us shortly after, minimum wait. From the front desk all the way back to the doctor, everyone was friendly, efficient and professional. Carlos was able to quickly perform 3 tests/swabs on my six-year-old daughter, a task that can be challenging in pediatric patients! We then met Dr. Weber, who was able to give us an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. His humor can be compared to a modern day Patch Adams and both my daughter and I left smiling. 5 stars, highly recommend

If I could rate no stars I would! Extremely unhappy with this location! For years now it's been horrible! The med tech tonight dealing with my toddler nephew was flat out disrespectful and no bed side manner whatsoever! The PA was even worse! WHO HIRES THESE PEOPLE?!?! I'll NEVER go back! I'd rather wait in the emergency room!

I wish their would be more transparent about the type of urgent care they can provide upfront rather than doing the whole wait of 2 hrs and see a doctor only to find out you have to go emergency room at hospital for that. Not only wasted time, money and mostly importantly life saving issues.

Waited at this facility for over 2 hours. Medical assistant came in and said since our case not urgent, a telemedicine doctor would see us because the doctor that was actually there was "too backed up". My son was covered in a rash from his neck to his groin, and had a cold the week before. The telemedicine doctor sees the rash on her screen and said "oh, we see rashes in kids who have covid so lets test for that". Covid test was negative. I took my son to his pediatrician yesterday 02/28/2023 and his pediatrician confirmed that he has STREP THROAT AND SCARLET FEVER!!! His pediatrician also said Right Time was negligent in their care for my son. His pediatrician also said that if strep is left untreated, it can go into his lungs and cause him heart damage. WTF???? There is more out there to be sick with than covid. I have sent this in to their corporate office as well. If you are sick, do not go to Right Time. They'll just push the covid narrative on you. Go see your own physicians who actually care, not like these so called providers at Right Time. Disgraceful, negligent, and money hungry.

Every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations. The lady who checked me in and the nurse who measured my BP and temperature couldn’t have been more pleasant. The PA, Lauren, was outstanding. I really appreciate how well she listened to me and offered helpful advice. I hate getting sick, but I’m very grateful to you for helping me get better.

I took my mother there on Saturday, I was worried because it was after 7:00 p.m. and I know they close at 8:00 p.m.. but the staff assured me that they would see my mother. They were all very kind and professional. I would really like to thank the lady doctor who took care of my mother and answered all of our questions. She really went above and beyond. Even though it was after their closing hours, never once did we feel rushed. I truly wish there was more doctors out there like this that are very passionate about their jobs. Thank you again.

Worst experience ever at an urgent care place I’ve ever had…..I’ve asked the same question to different employees and have gotten different answers and received no help….for sure will not be going there again
