Rajani S Tadimalla's Online Review Report Card

The front desk staff is confrontational, unprofessional and rude. I've tried to make an appointment twice. I scheduled an appt only to be told that Dr. Tadimalla name needed to be on my insurance card as the primary care doctor and to call back with the ref. number or something. I informed the young lady on the phone my insurance did not require that and I would not be calling back. I assumed she cancelled the appt only to get a letter in the mail stating that I did not show up for my appt and I was running out of chances to be seen. Does Dr. Tadimalla realize her front desk staff is pushing clients away. I was a returning patient but will not contact that office again.

Great Physician! Attentive and kind. She saw me for pre op and she was so thorough that I became a patient.

Good doctor listens to patients concern and assist them with right medicine

My sister recommended I see this doctor. I’m having severe migraines and other health issues and my sister really liked her. I scheduled an appointment back for September, but had to reschedule because the doctor was only doing telemedicine appointments and I was a new patient. So I rescheduled for November (her next available and mind you, I’m having issues that are causing me to miss work) but yet again, I had to reschedule my November appointment because she’s doing telemedicine appointments again. I tell her assistant, Desiree or whatever that I’m having issues that are causing me to miss work and the best she can offer me is another provider for an appointment A MONTH OUT! I work for 200 doctors who are back to seeing patients in clinic so if she is only doing telemedicine appointments, THEN LET THE PATIENT KNOW WHEN THEY CALL! Absolutely horrible service and I haven’t even been able to see her. I will never recommend her to anyone. Called another office and got an appointment for next day. Is it that hard to see someone who’s having issues that are causing them to miss work? Obviously for Dr Tadimalla, it is.

I just love her, she is one of the best Drs I have ever been to.

She is great! She LISTENED to my concerns and addressed each one, ordered appropriate testing, and scheduled a follow up appointment in order to discuss the results. No wait time to speak of for my 10:30am appointment. Great bedside manner. Seems like she actually cares. Her staff is very nice and helpful as well. I recommend her to anyone reading this review!

Dr. Tadimalla is a caring and great doctor. She listens, she does not rush you out of the appointment. The front office staff responds quickly to your needs. The nurses, especially Ed is great. I have been going there for 10 years. No complaints.

Dr. Rajani and his wonderful staff make me feel like I'm their only client. It doesn't matter what I'm service I'm getting I feel like a VIP. It's hands down the best customer service I've ever seen.
