My daughter had a well child checkup with Dr. Louis recently. Dr. Louis is so sweet by the way. My daughter was noticeably upset and she was able to at least make her smile and lighten her mood. She’s also very patient with her patients. Additionally, my daughter usually does fine at her appointments, but this time she was very distraught over the fact that she needed to get vaccines. It took at least 15 minutes of myself and the nurse/medical assistant (I’m not exactly sure of her job title), (I believe her name was Lourdes but I could very well be wrong) attempting to calm my daughter down and trying to convince her to take her shots. The nurse was very patient and understanding and waited as long as it took to get my daughter to take her shots. I was very appreciative of the patience of the entire staff and although my daughter was still reluctant, the nurse’s patience when trying to administer the shots helped a lot.

Dr Louis was very friendly and gentle! We’ve been visiting this practice since my babies were born but our first time with Dr Louis. I appreciated Dr louis conversing with our 7 year old and making her feel comfortable and confident at her check up appointment!

Dr. Louis has been great with AJ for the past 3 years. She really shows that she cares about your whole family. We enjoy our visits every time with her.

She is a wonderful Doctor to my daughter.. try’s to make her laugh even when she’s gotta get shots. I would recommend her to anyone 🙂

Dr. Louis always makes us feel at ease about how well our child is doing ! She informs us every step of the way and even takes the extra step to see how our oldest is doing as well ! She’s been just as friendly at each visit as she was the first ! After all the bad experiences we’ve had with doctors, I’m glad to say we’ve found a great one !
