Dr. Jeffrey Cool has been my primary doctor for many years. He is knowledgeable, caring and listens to make sure any medical needs or concerns I have are addressed. I’ve moved to Harford county, a decent distance from White Marsh and my drive there is well worth it because I trust Dr.Cool with his knowledge and compassion for helping others.
