Suzanne Marie Jiloca's Online Review Report Card

Not sure what the bad reviews are for, but I’ve only had a great experience with Dr.Jiloca. They made me feel comfortable and each procedure I’ve had to get done was correct and handled quickly. *EDIT* I was forced to change after they couldn't schedule my problem visit until after January (I tried to schedule it in September). I ended up having to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance from the airport, when this all could have been sorted out in a matter of days. When I was finally able to see her for an IUD extraction, there was no "how are you" or even a "if you have any questions let me know." I could tell they were short-staffed as after waiting 30 minutes (during a break in my work day) she ran in with her assisting nurse and essentially had me sign a paper and yanked the IUD from me. She left seconds later, with no "check in with me in a few days if anything is wrong!" or anything more than a "you're all set." I was bleeding all over the table and was given nothing to clean myself with. I highly suggest you do not go to Honeygo Women's care if you can help it. I know it's not entirely her fault as they are short-staffed, but that's not an excuse for the emotional and potentially life-altering physical damage that could have occurred due to her rushing and unprofessionalism.

Does not return phone calls. Did not speak with me or my spouse after she did a procedure on me to tell us what the outcome of the procedure was. Not to mention the procedure did nothing for my issue. Cost me over 1k in medical bills out of pocket and still has not fixed my problem or returned my phone calls. Does not appear to care for her patients.

Dr. Jiloca was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable asking her questions. She’s detailed and was very gentle during the examination. Definitely recommend her!

I've had a gyn issue and she has sent me for multiple tests and still has not resolved my problem. I was bleeding very heavily and it took her 2 days to return my phone call. When my call was returned she left a callback number to the office and she was not even in the office. I left a message with the secretary and still have not heard back from her one week later. She obviously does not care for ...

I had been going to Dr. Jiloca for years and considered her to be a great doctor - until I had an actual issue. I begged her for help and was dismissed and neglected. I will never go back to that office again and do not recommend anyone see her.

Dr. Jiloca was great, very professional and always answered any questions or concerns I had. She delivered my baby. Her staff is great too!! My ob appts were always easy to schedule and I never waited long to be seen at an appt. I would highly recommend this office.

I don't enjoy gynecological visits, but Dr. Jiloca and her staff made this visit as easy as possible! Everyone was professional, punctual, and pleasant. They asked pertinent questions and answered any questions that I had. There was very little wait time on my part. My appointment was at 9:00am, and I was finished before 9:45. I recommend Dr. Jiloca and her staff.

Yeah I'm 8 months pregnant and I can't stand her anymore she is not helping me at all she never answers her calls takes her forever to call me back and when I need her the most she be on her lunch break on on vacation for a few. Days I would not recommend her. I needed her to sign a medical 500 form for me because I couldn't move so much And she refused she tried to say what I can do but she don't know me so how would she know what I can and can't do. I don't like her at all.

Dr.Jiloca and her office staff are difficult to deal with and unclear. I waited 3 months for an appointment just to have it canceled because I was give the wrong appointment location by a receptionist. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessionalism.

AWFUL! I've been coming here for about 12 years and the office is run terribly in the last year plus. It's barely anyone at the front desk for check in although you see all of the employees sitting at the back table. The wait time is insane! I wait 30 mins AFTER my appointment just to get my depo shot, which they require you make an appointment for now but they don't keep. The manners of the nursing staff is very off putting because they act as if they could care less about you being there.
