List of Francis J. Sanzaro's Reviews
Dr friendly, not very knowledgeable, esp with complicated problems. Only remember needed blood work ,labs etc when reminded. Never once had accurate list of meds, pretty bad since I've gone there 20+ years! Thought he was part time till I learned other days he's @ Broadmead - $$$
compasionate and caring, very knowledable. excellent doctor
Frank Sanzaro did not return my call when he was the on-call physician.
When everything goes right, Dr Sanzaro is great. He has a friendly manner, listens to me & is helpful. He is the primary physician at this practice...owns it, I think, and when I have brought to him concerns about the care I've received from one of the other physicians or staff, and I have several times, he became (in my opinion) less helpful. When I need to see a physician, I don't ask for him anymore.
Referring to another post...this office is beyond the pits. I waited I don't know how long to get my appts. and when I did I never waited less than 2 hours. The last time I left and never looked back. You can forget getting a perscription called in. Even the drug store can't get through. I had some tests run...oncology no less...about 7 years ago. I'm still waiting for the results. I have since found a wonderful Doctor. If on here I am allowed to say who it is just make another post and I will give you the info. I guess Frank does the best he can but his best is not good at all. I'm happy to say I am a cancer survivor. No thanks to this mess of a practice.
Of all the personal Doctors I have had in my lifetime, this one is the most outstanding!
Dr. Sanzaro is a very nice, professional, caring and knowledgeable physician based on the my experience for many years. However, his office staff is another story. I believe the problem is due to a high turnover but the regular staff are helpful and understanding.
right now has a good staff. but the office has a great turnover. don't know how it will be with the new staff to come. maybe they are underpaid to stay.
I have been a patient for about 25 years and can only highly recommend Dr. Sanzaro
Dr. Sanzaro is a very nice Dr. His practice on the other hand totally sucks. I've actually sat in the waiting room for 2 hours when I was sick as a dog with flu symptoms. His receptionist forgot I was there! On a good day I've sat waiting for a hour just to be seen. They never answer the phone so you have to talk to an answering machine and just pray they'll call you back. I've called in before deathly ill just to be told they couldn't see me until the next day. I had Pneumonia last year and I got my x ray results back on a Friday. The Dr. (not Sanzaro but another in his practice who isn't listed among the Drs. for some reason...Joyce Dietrich) failed to call my prescription in so I had to wait all weekend to get my meds. He might be a good Dr. but his practice is the pits. I desperatly need to find a new practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
