I have been seeing Dr. Massari for years. She is always pleasant, patient, and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a GP.

I have been seeing Dr Luisa Massari since I was a kid, my entire family sees her, but I hadn't been in a few years. I just recently had a checkup and preop and was just reminded of what a fantastic doctor she is. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone but her. She is the only doctor I've EVER been to who makes me feel calm and reassured, and I get nervous at doctors appointments!! She talks to you thoroughly and listens like she has nowhere else to be and nothing else to do, when I know she has a packed schedule. She also told me o had shingles right after I had triplets and that was just one of the many times she's diagnosed something immediately. She is AWESOME.

Dr Massari is a thorough GP and listens to you. The office however is frequently overbooked/understaffed and waiting can exceed 30 min. Nevertheless I would recommend Dr Massari

I have been Dr. Massari's patient for several years. She is a perfect match for me. She always takes the time to listen and explain in plain english. Scheduling and wait times have never been an issue. The staff at GBMC Hunt Manor have always been friendly, professional and competent. Great practice and wonderful doctor.

I am a former patient of Dr. Massari but changed doctors as she was always running incredibly late and then would rush my appointment. I never felt she gave me any time or attention.

Dr. Massari is patient, kind, competent and caring. She has been a wonderful resource for my family. She takes the time to really LISTEN. She refers u for whatever u need. My husband and I highly recommend her services. She has gotten us through some really tough times, and she is very wellness oriented and well informed of latest treatments. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Massari is a great example of whats wrong with our medical system today. I sat and told her everything that's wrong with me and just stared and nodded. She googles what your telling her! Yes googles it on the computer right in front of your face. She brushed me off for years telling me my symptoms were possibly all in my head and that I needed therapy! I had been suffering from night sweats, headaches, chronic fatigue, joint pains etc. the list goes on! She ordered some basic labs and that was it. I got my labs done there and of course they showed nothing. At that point Dr. Massari's expert diagnosis was that I have two children and sometimes young mother can just get tired and stressed out. She then wrote me an order for therapy!???! Yes she wanted me to see a psychiatrist! I started to cry. How could she say that? I was so upset :( Finally I went to my ob doctor and told her all of my signs and symptoms and she ended up ordering some more advanced labs and had me repeat them. I had very high prolactin levels which told her I needed a brain Mri. I went and got my Brain Mri and it showed that I have a pituitary tumor. Years and years she blew me almost convincing me I was making my problems up and that it was all mental! I am scheduled at hopkins to have it removed. All that Dr. Massari had to do was explore further testing but she didn't and decided to just label me crazy and send me on my way! I hate to think of all the other people she dismisses. Needless to say I am currently looking for a new pcp.

I've been seeing her for years but I doubt she knows my name. Seems detached and disinterested. Told me, "You're going to kill yourself," about my weight - not a helpful comment. When I asked about changing dosages on a couple of meds, she replied, let's see if you lose weight. I've had high blood pressure even when I was thin. Think I'll just see her for colds, etc.

Dr. Massari is the best Doctor that I have had in many many years. She is well educated, and knows medicine. she is also kind, caring, patient, has a good sense of humor and a good person. The office staff however needs to get their act together, the only two girls that do their jobs ( and everyone else's ) is Cheryl and Kim B. If you get them then your request will get attention and you will get what you need,if you get anyone else it either will be half done and not right or not done at all. I love Dr. Massari, and thank heavens for Kim B. and Cheryl

My initial appointment with this doctor was pretty good. She was knowledgeable, friendly & on top of things. I did have a wait, but I don't remember the last time I didn't have to wait at a doctor's office. However, the follow up was horrible. She made one phone call to my home number(during the business day) instead of my work number. When I called back I was left on hold forever & then told that she was too busy & I was fine. Not exactly what you look for in a doctor.
