Distance and changing insurance caused me to no longer be able to use this facility, but I do miss Dr Cao. She is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and confident.

We love Dr. Cao. We have been going to her since our boys were born. I even switched to her after the first year of her seeing my son. She's wonderful! It can be sometimes difficult to get an appointment with her if it's urgent (she's pretty booked) but for little ones, if it's important or a big concern, they'll work it out. If it's not a big deal, we just see someone else in the office.

Tu Cao and her assistant Lauren is the best. They are both very attentive and listen eagerly to any concerns. Best TagTeam ever!

Dr Cao is not only a trusted physician but one who treats the body, mind and soul. Each patience gets her complete attention while you are in the office as well as follows up on your care. You are treated like a member of her family would be. She responds to calls to answer questions and recommends further care when needed. The whole practice at GBMC Hunt Valley is a top rated family medical center.

Dr Cao is a wonderful doctor who i have going to for 4 years and have never had any problems. Very good communication through gbmc web portal. Outstanding attention and care. She works with her patients and goes the extra mile to help patients who need it.

Dr. Cao is great. She has diagnosed several ailments that other doctors misdiagnosed or could not determine. The staff at the office are very helpful and have returned my calls with answers to my questions promptly. Dr. Cao cam highly recommended by my Orthopedic surgeon and I am glad that I started seeing here. I would highly recommend Dr. Cao at the Hunt Manor facility.

Dr. Cao seems to be pretty knowledgeable. She has a good bedside manner. Unfortunately, the group she is working in (GBMC) and her office she works out of in Phoenix, leaves alot to be desired. The office is mildly friendly. One medical assistant took my BP and the cuff was hurting my arm pretty bad. I told her, and she said nothing in response. She ignored my complaint completely. Have seen Dr. Hsioa when Dr. Cao was unavailable and I would not even reccomend him for putting a bandaid on your boo boo. He missed the DX of my daughters virius. He has a terrible bedside manner. He talks "down" to you as a patient. He is not too friendly either. If you want to know results of any tests that were done in this office, you have to wait way beyond a normal time period. This whole office seems to not care about the patients wants or needs. I think its because they are unindated with too many patients to manage the way health care should be managed. Its a shame.
