Healing Mind Wellness's Online Review Report Card

I have been doing zoom at owings mills location or pikesville. But it's been months. I originally was seeing a therapist I liked. A few months things were going pretty good. They have you put a card on file for billing. Which I hate because it benefits them but when they screw up it's hard to contact them I'll come back to that.they give you 24 hour cancelation policy. But my experience was my therapist would cancel on me frequently at the last minute. And I would get Billed! And I got locked out the account. And I didn't know why! It would be confusion with billing dept.. they would tell me I need to contact therapist because she didn't notify them and the therapist said billing didn't notify her. I had to reach out to them several times and explain to them like why am I getting a bill. If she cancels at the last minute. And I cancel. My time is just as important as hers. Are you going to send me $150 for my day.. and this was several times. So they corrected it finally and said they were updating billing system. It's still terrible because the therapist I was seeing said she was leaving. Because she was so tired of them messing it bills. And you can still cancel 24 hours in advance and your card will get a charge. I'm looking for another therapist. The therapist I was seeing I was trying to make a follow up appt with her. I thought she was out of the office. I was sending her messages for a few weeks. I called sondermind spoke to csr they said she was still there. I gave it another week and called them back someone else told Me they don't think she's there any longer. I said well I'm glad someone told me. Now I have to start all over getting to know someone else. You guys don't even let someone know when a therapist leaves. And I changed My appt within 24 hours and guess what another bill pops up! If you don't want to be billed incorrectly and need your money. Don't go here !!

Unfortunately, I was unable to be seen by someone at this office due to a lack of communication on their end. I filled out intake information and submitted necessary documents to be completed by the office; the girl who works front desk stated she'd give me a call either Friday or Monday for scheduling and that the manager has to look over my documents for scheduling. That didn't happen although- today- Wednesday, when I decided to call in and state I'm no longer interested in their services- the front desk girl calls me back stating she reached out to me on Friday(but she left no message and there was no call) which is a lie because my phone(s) were on me the whole time; nevertheless, I cancelled and won't refer anyone here. I love a company that provides effective communication with potential clients and provides quality service throughout; this wasn't my experience. Very unprofessional.

Janelle has been my therapist for several months now. I feel heard, understood. I was told there was a waitlist I was unsure how long the wait would be. It wasn’t long at all. If your mental health is important to you please give these folks a shout. Very easy going, easy to speak with.
