List of Mark Herbert Coleman's Reviews
The staff were very professional Dr. Coleman was very tentative to my needs. I was having L4 and L5 back pain for years. After 3 appointments with Dr. Coleman and his medical procedure I can walk up straight and my back pain has decreased to 96 perfect pain free. In addition the clinic was clean and the waiting period was not long. Also the entire team showed enormous amounts of care my pain management. I definitely will give them 5 stars.
Wow this is a very easy review to do. Dr Coleman and Dr Mira are 2 of the best in the business who are very concerned with their patients for those who arrive late for whatever reason should know they are seeing patients with very serious debilitating medical conditions. I am a patient I do not and have never worked for National Spine and Pain ijs I have no problem rescheduling should I arrive to late for my procedure because Ive been to other noneffective establishments and can appreciate all that Dr Coleman and Dr Mira does it is done with care and attention to the little things. IJS 💯💯💯 I highly reccomend NSPC if you are seriously in need of pain relief and not out to scam doctors for pain medications. The staff is very professional courteous and knowledgeable. The office is clean and orderly plus the atmosphere does not feel like a WWII Gustapo camp out to humiliate and punish you for daring to be medically sick and disabled. Every injection procedure I have received were done with care and precision plus are very effective as medically possible. Thank you everyone at NSPC for they have given me a renewed sense of hope in a world trying its hardest to make me feel hopeless.Try to remember when you are late for an appointment or procedure you effectively put everyone else on the schedule behind that come after you is that fair to me when I arrive at the alloted time?Marion H....
Dr. Coleman is very good. Your part is to be on time. if you are late you will not be seen. Pretty Simple. The types of procedure in many cases is a 5050 chance. His practice is busy and he needs to see many patients each day. Today I am off narcotics and I feel great.
Its a factory here. They cram too many patients into the schedule keep you waiting and don’t want to hear complaints. My last visit I was told I wouldn’t get a consultation because he had too many patients to see just my prescriptions. When I mentioned I traveled from out of state to see him and waited 45 minutes he told me I may be happier elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money here. These people don’t care about you. It’s all about the $$$$.
First visit Aug. 13 for consultation for my husband. Diagnosed and had to return Aug 20 for a spinal shot. We arrived on time but receptionist refused to allow Dr. Coleman see him because he was told to report half an hour before his appt. My husband is a senior who forgot. He was in a lot of pain and the receptionist said this doctors policy. As his wife i was not allowed to accompany my husband even thpugh he said he needed my assistance. Again she said its the drs. Policy. This showed he undervalued his patient and seniors need to have an advocate accompany them to speak with the doctor and ensure that all instructions are followed. He was on time and shouldnt have been turned away being in high pain and discomfort.
My experience was on 102219 with Nurse Justyn. first of all they left me sitting in the waiting area for an hour. No one came to say anything to me at all I had to go to window to see what was going on. The receptionist was ducked off in the corner behind the window on her cell phone. I stood at the window for like58 minutes waiting to be checked in greeted. When I finally saw the nurse she was non chalant never gave eye contact. She literally gave me a referral and that was it minus asking like 2 questions. Very very unprofessional. I have to return soon but I dont want to be seen by her. I have no problem with Dr. Coleman or the back office staff but the front office staff is horrible And unfriendly.
Finally a pain management physician who actually hears what Im saying while words are coming out of my mouth. The office staff treated me like a person and was very efficient also a rarity in pain management. Dr Coleman listened was knowledgeable and shared that knowledge willingly. I was very impressed and definitely recommend this facility and Dr Coleman
Dr. Mark Coleman is probably the best doctor I’ve ever went to over the years. He say save me from having to have major back surgery. I’ve been fighting for years and still see him with periodic problems.
Very disappointed with practice of Dr.Coleman office staff was dysfunctional they set appoint times they know that will not be kept made me and my son late for next appoint was in pain but waited too long so my daughter asked that I not use this Dr.Colemans medical office again. Very unpleased with how he makes you wait for over 45mins with a line up of others waiting for the same time and when you get to see him its less than 5mins not a lot consulting just a quick Steroid shot that you will need for several visits. Not recommend
All personnel services I received and were provided with met my expectations. The procedure actually exceeded my expectations as it was the first one I received of this kind. I appreciated the simplicity and the rapidity involved and did not have the feeling that the protocol of the procedure was in any way compromised. I am looking forward to my future visits and followup procedures.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
