The staff was friendly but unprofessional they were laughing and discussing personal matters while attending to me, the doctor was abrupt and unfriendly he behaved as if he didn’t have my time better yet he acted like I was wasting his time. I couldn’t wait to leave I didn’t want to go to the ER but I went because I was sure I didn’t get the best care there and I was right, won’t be going back.

I went and was waiting for a full 3 hrs after my vitals were taken. The Dr didn’t give me antibiotics which I know I need and I requested. He recommended that I get a humidifier and an allergy medicine. Some random lady gave me my paperwork. My throat has been sore for a little over 2 weeks, waited 3 hrs to be seen for 15 mins for a random to give me my paperwork 😂😂visiting this urgent care did nothing but waste my time and insurance!

No complaints. Very brief wait time. The PA, Leah was fantastic. Upbeat, warm and friendly staff. I feel so much better now. Thank you for making my visit a pleasant and pain-free experience.

I recommend Medstart in Pikesville. A very pleasant environment, the staff was friendly. My eye had an eyelash in it that would not come out tried everything I was very pleased with the care PA Nessa Sheikhzadeh provided. She was very pleasant, reassuring and understood my concerns. My eye is so much better.
