I came in with a positive Covid at-home test, a fever, body aches, headache, cough, and severe congestion. I was really feeling lousy. I was left in an exam room for over an hour. Then, the nurse practitioner came in and said was it alright if she gave me a phone number I could call to get Paxlovid. I said I just wanted to feel better. She left the room and returned with paper instructions for me to make a call to get Paxlovid. She was prepared to end the visit without any physical exam. I said you did not even listen to my lungs and that my practice, which I had called before going to urgent care, recommended I have that done. She said she thought she had already done that, and said in a snippy tone that she had made a mistake. Even though it was her mistake, she spoke to me in a rude manner ordering me to face the wall and she would be back to listen to my lungs. She did come back, performed a physical exam, and ordered a chest x-ray. When I called for the antiviral medication, I learned from the nurse on the phone that that the nurse at the urgent care could have written the prescription herself. So, in addition to being rude, this nurse practitioner did not do all she could to help her patient. By contrast, the x-ray tech was attentive and pleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this urgent care.

I love this place! Everyone is unbelievably professional amd patient. I can I today coughing and headache🤧 the front just took it as Tuesday. I apologized and like a champ she said" you don't feel good, I understand". My PA was outstanding, cant say enough good stuff

This place is so hit or miss depending on who is providing care on a given day. I totally understand long wait times, but to have waited for well over an hour and have the NP not even spend 5 minutes to assess my situation or do a proper exam was disappointing to say the least.

Walk in appt. Was seen rather quickly and both the PA and Attending Nurse were super friendly and helpful.
