My PCP is great- been extremely happy with the level of care I've received. The problem is they don't answer the phones anymore and they don't return voicemails. I see that others have had the same complaints. Please just stop replying to these posts until you can get that issue resolved.

I left a voicemail a week ago to make an appointment and have yet to hear back. The voicemail says you should keep calling them if you don't hear back. Definitely will not be worried about establishing myself as a patient with this company.EDIT TO ADD REPLY: PF. Faster response on a negative review than voice mails.

Phones aren’t answered, messages aren’t returned. If you call a week before a scheduled surgical procedure because you’re in so much pain, the surgery will be postponed because they won’t get you in for pre-op, or even bother to let you know they won’t. Randomly, you’ll show up on the schedule with a different provider so they can call you a no show. Sad thing - I liked the doctor. The office needs to step up their game!

I’ve been a patient for almost 20 years and was always very happy with this Practice . However, recently something has changed with the office administration and the way they do business. You can’t speak to a live person when you call the office. You ALWAYS have to leave a message and wait to get a call back. And getting a call back doesn’t always happen. This is no way to run a medical practice. Looking for a new PCP.

Dr. Batong is the best hands down. She truly listens and cares for her patients. The staff are just amazing as well.

This is warehouse medicine at its best. If you want in-and-out routine care, this is the practice for you. If you want personalized, actual care, I suggest you look elsewhere. CalvertHealth Primary Care is more concerned about the bottom line than actually helping their patients; they want to get you in and out and move on to the next patient. If helping the patient is time consuming or costly or not necessarily routine, then this practice does not want to help you. Go elsewhere if you want someone to listen to you and actually think about proper treatment and actually spend the time to make sure you are in the best of health. If you want a practice that will consult with and listen to experts in specific fields, then find another practice. I am searching for something positive that I can say about this practice .... I've never waited too long; with most of my appointments they've kept me waiting less than 15 minutes before bringing me back to a waiting room.
