I made appointment. One day before I'm suppose to get blood work they never sent referral or paperwork for the blood work. This has happened more then once!! I drive 35 minutes and pay 33.00 dollars for him to tell me my blood work is good .. only there 2 min.waste of time. He always ask do You have any questions. He doesn't know the answer he said you have to ask the nurse .oncologist. horrible pla e to go Never will I return!

Not so much the doc because I was not present but the WORST office I have dealt with in a very long time. Nobody ever picks up the phone. When they finally call you back, you get nothing but attitude. We were told that something that was a must have medication now all of a sudden isn't needed. They have to work to have it authorized or just assume we won't pay out of pocket for it. Terrible! O, and I'm still waiting on a call back....

I have been a patient of Dr. Abbott for about 9 years. He is not only a best representative of his profession by knowledge, manner, meticulissness but also a remarkable personality for his trustworthiness; that is, a source of confidence and hope for a patient. His responsibility leads carefull chemical analysis of every aspects and compounds of blood. Having quite a fluctuating blood components in my disease , I am happy to have him my hematologist by all means.

He has always listened to my complaints and explained everything I had a question about. I have seen many doctors and he is the best.He shows he cares and really wants to help you get better.

I agree with another reviewer. I would not let this man provide any type of care to someone or something I cared about. His demeanor is arrogant and he does not answer direct questions. My dad has seen him for over a year and has tried repeatedly to improve the communication with the doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Abbott and I'm so thankful that I was. Before he even scheduled me for tests, he took the time (an hour) to review my previous tests, diagnosis and future treatment options. He even had his assistant call to follow up with me after my first blood transfusion. He took the time to help me physically and mentally. I recommend him to all who are looking for a clinician who cares!!

My father has seen Dr Abbott for over a year. In that time the Dr has not explained procedures, nor helped my father as he was sustaining major weight loss. He spends the entire office visit reading and filling out the billing statement.

Dr. Abbott is probably one of the best doctors I have, He is knowledgeable, polite, articulate, and very prompt. It is nice to find a doctor that truly care about his patients and is very thorough, I have been going there for years now and he is by far the best Oncologists I have had appointments with. Thank you.
