honestly im dissatisfied with this office i had a colonoscopy done they never sent me my portal through the email, they found a pollyp & never contacted me if it was cancer or not. Tara the nurse was amazing! but do i recommend this office how they never called or contacted me no.

For 13 years, my husband and I have seen 3 doctors at this practice (Dr. Anwar Munshi(PCP), Dr. Meena Shah(Cardiologist) and Dr. N. Khatri (Gastro.)). They are excellent, professional and we highly recommend them. Their staff is excellent and thorough also. The front desk personnel (April, Nicole, Tineka, Rose, and Wanda) are efficient, professional, attentive, and very personable. We are able to get appointments quickly. Thankyou Medstar Shah.

The black lady working at the front desk today was incredibly rude to myself and my family. Her attitude and words were appalling and makes the whole practice look bad.

First time appointment. Arrived at 1:05 PM for a 1:30 PM appointment. Check in was smooth. About 1:20 PM was taken back for vitals and was in the exam room no later than 1:30 PM. At 2:10 PM I got up to leave. No one bothered to stop in to say the doctor was running late but rather left me to sit and stare at the walls wasting time. I found the nurse to be sitting in a room across from the exam room I was in so asked her which was the way out and that I was leaving. She said the doctor would be right in so I reminded her I had a 1:30 PM appointment and was leaving. The doctor was sitting in the room next to my exam room and tried to get me to stay but my limit for waiting had been exceeded. I’m appalled the staff has so little regard for patients that they don’t bother to keep patients informed of delays. A little courtesy goes a long ways for establishing patient relationships. I for one have better things to do with the time I take off from work than to sit in an empty room and be ignored. This might be acceptable for others but it's unacceptable for me especially for a first experience with this office.
