I had a lump removed by Dr. Tsangaris quite a few years ago. I had a smooth recovery very minimal scarring that it is pretty much un-noticeable that I have ever had surgery. My OB/GYN at some point even asked who my surgeon was because it healed up so well. When looking for a surgeon, I didn't think about having a scar afterward just the removal of the lump itself. I am extremely thankful for having such a skilled surgeon who did a great job with the removal, but especially with closing up the incision so I don't need to be reminded that I have had surgery. Thank you Dr. Tsangaris!

Fantastic surgeon, warm, confident manner I was diagnosed Stage II 9/17 & have had extraordinary care from Dr Tsangaris. I saw him less than a week after diagnosis, and first saw my biopsy report at that visit. He explained what it meant, explained the alternatives (neoadjuvant vs immed mast/lump), and the basis for his recommendation. I had three second opinions and then went back to see him. He explained why he had considered and rejected each alternate approach. Great bedside manner.

This is the 2nd round of breast cancer for which I've been diagnosed. The chief breast surgeon of Jefferson operated on me 10 years ago, and I had such confidence in his skills and competency that I couldn't imagine treating with another dr. Then I met Dr. Tsangaris, I was extremely impressed the minute I met him. He was thorough, patient, understanding and so reassuring with a great bedside manner. I left his office so encouraged, hopeful and knew I would be in very capable hands.
